About the vacation home:

This 60 square meters home is located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building without a lift. The building has secure access and is located on a quaint residential street, just steps away from an exciting district of London.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a luminous living area with beautiful hardwood floors. There is a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen television with a mix of English and foreign language channels for your enjoyment. The living room has ample storage space. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep two extra people and additional sheets and linens are available for this bed.

Just off the living area you will find the large, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are also at your disposal. There is a dining table and chairs in for four in the living area so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening instead of dining out at one of the best Marble Arch area restaurants.

Moving on to the upper level, you will find the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed with big windows allowing plenty of natural light to flow in. You have all the storage space you could need closets, wardrobes and plenty of hanging space and drawers for all your clothes. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival

There is also a full bathroom on the upper level with a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, hand washbasin, hair dryer and towel heater for your convenience. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well.

A free Wi-Fi connection is available through the flat so you can stay connected while in London. This home is heated during the winter months and while there is no air conditioning, fans are provided for those warm summer days. Upon arrival, a member of our Welcoming Team will meet you, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the home and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat containing suggestions on where to eat and shop in London’s Marble Arch neighbourhood as well as what to see and do in London.

This short stay vacation home in London’s Marble Arch neighbourhood could not be any more central. Situated just seconds away from the famous Oxford Street, you will find all of the world’s most popular stores. It is perfect for anyone looking to go on a shopping spree in London. Marble Arch Tube Station (Central Line) is located just down the street and provides easy transport connections to all the tourist attractions in London. Execellent Location and Great Value

Spent a week in London at this very cute mews house. Overall size and layout was nice and the location was superb! We were able to walk to everything and when we wanted to venture further, the Marble Arch station gave great connections and is not too far away. The buses are quite easy to use in London too and it's a great way to see the city from a different perspective without looking like a total tourist on a hop on/hop off tour. This part of London is wonderful to stay in...not as noisy as the more central parts of the city. Proximity to Hyde Park with acres and acres of serenity, is a real pleasure. The place was clean and neat and beds were very comfortable...all in all a good experience.

Highly recommend

This place is true to the photos and in an excellent location (could not beat this area), within walking distance to so many must-do's! Check-in and check-out was smooth. Clement was very accommodating with our check in and and check out which went very smoothly. The place itself was true to the pictures, nice and bright. It's at ground level but very safe and the neighborhood is incredibly calm. We found everything we needed there: towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and an iron. There's a slew of restaurants, pubs and shopping options close by too, especially towards Oxford Street.

A Family Place

My family stayed in the apartment for an extended weekend. We chose this place as we already know this neighborhood of London quite well and liked the natural light. It lives up to the photos and description. We loved it here as it feels like a very safe area to stay and the house was perfect our family vacation.It is very light and spacious for a family of four, has a lovely dining table and nicely designed bedrooms. Everything was squeaky clean when we arrived, Clement met us and was very professional. Great value for your money!

Well located flat

This apartment was equipped with the essentials and in a perfect location. The underground and Hyde park are a five minute walk.

There are nice restaurants and cafes very nearby. The flat is quite spare and perfect if all you want is somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast.

Nice house for London visitors

The apartment location is great whether you are visiting London for the first time or the 100th time. The neighborhood is safe, central, not too touristy and yet all the tourist sights are easily walkable or accessible from there. A nice split level house that receives a lot of natural light. It's been well maintained over the years and it was very clean when we checked in. Julien, the young gentleman who met us for the check in was very polite and was easy to reach by phone. This place is a great value for your money, especially if you compare it to hotels in the area. Having your own kitchen is a lifesaver because as great as it is to travel, sometimes it's nice to eat a "home" cooked meal, even when you're away from home. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Where do you live?

Great location, less than stellar flat

Apartment was very well situated, only about a 5 minute walk from the Marble Arch tube station and there is a bike rental kiosk within 3 munite walk. The flat was very quiet in the evening. The flat is a good size for the area, however it would be difficult to have more than 4 people in the apartment given the single bathroom. The staff who met us at the apartment were very professional and cordial and met us on time. The apartment was clean and kitchen small but well appointed, however we did not use it. The furniture is very worn, sleeper sofa sags considerably and no adult would want to sleep on it. The mattresses are old, sag and fairly uncomfortable. The pillows and comforters are of poor quality, think cheap Wal-mart style, there were no flat sheets on either bed, several of the light bulbs were burned out and there was only 1 roll of half used toilet paper. No instructions were provided on the washing machine use (I did figure it out from the internet)

Overall the stay was adequate. I looked at over 30 flats in the Marylebone and Covent Garden area and this was one of the least expensive 2 bedroom flats I found. So I guess you get what you pay for. I would have been happier spending a bit more a night and having a better mattress since the bed (and cleanliness) are my number one concerns. I think this apartment is geared more towards groups trying to save money, not necessarily have a comfortable stay. I'm not unhappy with my choice, I just will not stay in this apartment again. Nor could I recommend it to others.
