This 3 BR 2 BA is a large fabulous architectural Schindler style gated home with pool and spa. Very bright and very private with stunning panoramic view of the city and mountains in most rooms. A loft feeling with sunlight in each room. At night, it's like looking at million of Christmas trees. White tiles in Kitchen, Living areas and gray new carpet in bedrooms. Modern appliances in kitchen - breakfast area. Wet bar in dining area - large living room with a 50 ' new plasma and surround sound above the fireplace - piano - 2 leather couches - a mix of 50's, contemporary and antiques design furniture - garden with pond and exotic aquatic plants - exterior sound speakers. Office area with private patio and gym equipment - Large shower in master bathroom with great pressure - bath tub/shower combo in guest bathroom - very large deck and many sitting areas outside - BBQ - the property is convenient to all and offers great privacy, peace and enjoyment. Close to 405 and 101 freeways- minutes to Beverly hills, universal studios, 20 minutes from the ocean and airport-

This house is a very desirable location in los Angeles.. You will not be disappointed.

LOCATION, LOCATION, VIEW, VIEWS, SKY, SUN... PRIVACY, One of the greatest architecture LA has to offer. The view is to die for. Sunsets are so beautiful - Location is one of the best and so convenient and so beautiful. Very unique and so private set on 2 lots - We failed in love with it when we bought it and still love it. No matter where we stay around the world, we always come back to this home saying, this is the best we ever stayed.

I HAVE NOT MET ANYONE NOT LOVING THIS HOME...: This is a mid-century home post beams built by famous architect - typical a CALIFORNIA House - You cannot be anywhere else than Los Angeles - We upgraded a lot on the Property but kept it authentic since it has so much quality and charm- So if you are an architecture lover, you will really appreciate this home .

Privacy, artistic, quietness, lay back, brightness, charm, style, luxury, convenient to stores, freeways and all trendy spots and great location.

Beautiful view

We only had one night in Los Angeles. The owner was very accommodating and let us arrive a little early so we could enjoy the house more. The house is very clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the view from the deck.

Loved the House for my 30th Birthday Dinner

The owners are really nice people and welcomed me to enjoy celebrating my 30th birthday as an outside venue. The space and view was amazing as well as the pool and jacuzzi. The lights and glass windows surrounding the house adds so much to the view as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a weekend or longer stay and as a venue. My family and friends enjoyed the house as I received many compliments.

Amazing place.

This is an extraordinary place. Tucked on a quiet street in the Hollywood Hills, with astounding views, and close to some fantastic restaurants in Beverly Glen, the house is magical.

The view is from every living space and the master bedroom. The pool, with a jacuzzi section is completely private. I just love this house. It's a wall of glass that offers a different perspective with the day's changing light. The worst thing about it is how guilty I feel not having the family with me... and that I have to leave the house to work.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this place and were pleased beyond our expectations. The property was in a nice, serene area and was close to many great locations. The owners made us feel very welcome and at home. Everything was clean and proper, the pool and spa were very enjoyable and the view was absolutely beautiful. I look forward to coming back here with my family when we come back to visit L.A.
