Why Brian Tran chose Fuengirola

This property is located in an excellent residential quiet area yet close to everything, beach, downtown, all the basic services. The best is it's next to the fairgrounds where on Tuesdays and Saturdays, there are open air markets for fresh produce, clothes and antiques that attract everyone to it. Also, the building is fairly new and is very well maintained along with quick-to-respond concierge. The beach is about 6 minutes walking, the downtown where bus and train station are located is also 8 minute walk. Bars and restaurants are all everywhere so just have to find your favorite. We have recommendations for you to find those. The supermarket, pharmacies, bakery, and other basic daily needs are just down the street on the plaza. Locals hang out there so being part of the daily Spanish life is not hard to find and see.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment is high so the view on the fairly large balconies where you can enjoy the morning or evening with a glass of wine and just above it all. It's a unique distribution and spacious enough to feel comfortable and well there. Welcome to Costa del Sol!

Great location and really helpful owner

The apartment was as expected and the owner was extremely accommodating. He promptly answered all our questions via email before departure and met us at the property when we arrived. The property was clean and tidy and he had a folder of information of local places to eat and activities going on near by. The apartment was ideally located which meant we did not need to get a taxi anywhere. The beach was a 10 minute walk the water park 15 minutes and the train station that took you to the airport again a 10 minute walk. All in all a brilliant holiday. Would definitely recommend to others looking for something simple and close to amenities , restaurants and attractions.

Fuengirola feria

Owner is absolutely fine and helfull. Apartment is very well equipped and clean. Situation is good. Trainstation is 10 walk away. Many supermarkets and bars close to apartment. Only minor problem was noise. Because of feria selebration there were so much people around all night long :) Generally nice and good apartment.

Owner's Response: Thank you for choosing our apartment to spend your holiday in Malaga. The location is next to the fairgrounds but the good thing it takes place one week each year. Sorry you had to bear that. The rest of the year the fairgrounds hosts the flea market each Saturday and it's quiet. Thanks and we'd love to have you again!
