What can I say about Fitzrovia? Well, it’s a quiet friendly area, bustling with great quality cafes, bars and home to some of the best restaurants in London, which can be found on trendy Charlotte Street.

It’s close to all amenities and attractions of the West End, and is the ideal place to stay in Central London, aswell as being upmarket and home to some celebrities!

When you wake up in the morning, why not try the famous Riding House Café, which serves award winning breakfast, and the best coffee in town. 4 minute walk.

For you shopaholics, the apartment is walking distance to Oxford Street and Regent Street, the famous shopping areas.

Within walking distance is the ever so popular Soho, together with the Soho theatres, great nightlife and restaurants. Even Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are easily reachable by foot.

The apartment is also very near to The British Museum and Regents Park. Tescos and Sainsbury's supermarket are also very close, about 2 minutes away.

Location location location

It's a lovely flat in a great location. The two bedrooms worked out well for our family of four (parents and two teens), with an option for one child to sleep on the fold out bed if their sibling drove them crazy. They didn't need it, the queen bed was big enough for both to sleep, but nice to have the option.

A lovely character flat, with high ceilings and enormous windows, but with completely modern kitchen and bath facilities and furnishings. The flat was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, it has more dishes than any VRBO we've ever stayed at. So nice to be able to really fill the dishwasher before you run it, and not worry about doing dishes before dinner if your kid makes themselves a snack. And nonstick pans that haven't been destroyed by previous guests! I wonder sometimes, do people take knives to the non stick pans? It's so often an issue at the properties we stay at. Not here, the non stick pans are in great shape.

I can't say enough about the location, your choice of grocery stores, bakeries, pubs and restaurants steps away, enough nightlife to give the neighbourhood charm, and quiet enough that you can sleep, minutes walk to two different subway lines, oxford street for shopping, and, for our family, a pleasant walk to all the major tourist destinations we wanted to visit (the five story Foyles bookstore on Tottenham Court-heaven!, museums, the theatre district).

Booking was very easy, Steve responded very quickly, and we were met at the apartment by Darren, all just as easy can be. I can highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to London.

Very clean flat. Nice location!

Very clean flat. Everything worked well - nice WiFi. It definitively is a bit noisy at night but close by very nice restaurants, coffee shops and markets. Would be nice if had explanations on the washer/dryer useage, and what to do with the trash. Only thing that definitely needs fixing is the front door look - keys barely work - very disconcerting. Overall great stay!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

We just finished a 5+ week stay at this wonderful apartment in Fitzrovia. It was a pleasure making all the arrangements with Steve. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described on the website. The two bedrooms are located down a hall from the living area/kitchen, and that adds to the spacious feel of the apartment and the feeling of privacy in the bedrooms, perfect for two couples. Everything worked perfectly, from the high-speed wi-fi to the wonderful hot water showers. When we first used the washer/dryer, the dryer did not generate any heat. We contacted Steve's representatives, Darren and Rio, who responded immediately and scheduled a repairman for the next day. The repairman came when scheduled, and replaced a broken thermostat, which solved the problem. I’m sure that if any other problems had arisen, we would have received the same cheerful, responsive service. We also were very happy with the central, lively area in which the apartment is located. There is a wealth of excellent restaurants, take-aways, pubs, grocery stores, news agents, pharmacies, etc., all within a couple blocks of the apartment. There is also very convenient tube access, although almost everywhere we wanted to go was a pleasant walk away. We could not have been happier during our stay in London, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic Apartment

Stayed at this apartment for our daughters Birthday, from booking with Steve very quick and efficient to responding, to contact before arrival what to do excellent. Apartment in very nice and convenient location to everything tube shops sights. Apartment facilities, space, cleanliness could not fault very impressed. Excellent location. Fantastic flat.

Thank you Steve & Darren. We enjoyed our visit to London (with kids!) thanks to your hospitality. Flat was clean, centrally located and only 3 blocks from the nearest underground station. We walked to Covent Garden and the British Museum. Everything you need is in the area (groceries, restaurants, coffee shops) and the flat is surprisingly quiet once you close the windows. Thank you for an excellent stay - we hope to return soon.
