The Property and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft was designed by award-winning architects and is on the Silver Lake Architectural tour. You will find 12 ' ceilings, concrete floors and walls of glass looking out to canyon view. The Unit is tastefully done in a modern/eclectic style that gives you a boutique accommodation experience.

This apartment is one block from the lake where people walk and jog. There is a beautiful walking path that goes around the 2 miles of the lake, where you can enjoy a refreshing stroll. It’s an easy walk to great restaurants such as Alimento, L&E Oyster bar, LA Mill which was voted the best coffee in LA, "Milk" and many more. There are also great gift shops like "OK", as well as furniture and clothing boutiques filled with beautiful and interesting collections. The neighborhood is centrally located and is a 5 min drive to Downtown LA or to Hollywood. You’ll also have easy access to the trendy Silver Lake nightlife scene, with hip bars and lounges like The Red Lion Tavern, the Thirsty Crow, and 4100 Bar.

Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.

Please note the listing that we do not allow photo shoots or filming in the Studio Loft.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
