The WOW Factor

  • 5 of 5

Spent 3 nights at this gorgeous property. It is immaculate and luxurious. The caretaker Kevin is extremely helpful and answers any questions you may have. Since it was March during our stay there wasn't too much to do and there is no Jacuzzi or pool ...however the amazing "movie/game room certainly makes up for that. The best room we've ever seen. The builder did it right! Shopping at North Conway is only a 10-15 drive away. Would love to go there during summer months.....Thank you Grand Home!!!!

Amazing property - pictures don't do it justice

  • 5 of 5

Brought my wife up on a long weekend for her birthday and met a group of friends. Great house for entertaining - plenty to do without having to leave. 20 mins to North Conway (Cranmore) and 35 mins to Attitash. Caretakers and owner were very friendly and easy to work with - would definitely go back.

absolutely breathtaking!

  • 5 of 5

I don't think words can quite capture how stunning this property is. The views are what (my) dreams are made of. The house is huge yet still very cozy. I think it's fair to say that we fell in love with every inch of this place, especially the game room!! Kevin, the caretaker, was wonderful and quick to answer any questions. He definitely added to the experience of our stay. We can't wait until our next opportunity to stay here again!

This place is INSANE.

  • 5 of 5

Before anything I should mention that we are a family of four, so renting a house of this size was probably overkill. But we were celebrating, and decided to indulge. "Indulge" is the key word here. There is so much fun to be had in this house. We lacked nothing, were well taken care of by Lois and the manager and had a blast. This place is perfect for large groups but if you're a small family and can swing the cost for a few days, do it. Very very happy.

This property is breathtaking! The driveway up is a drumroll to awe inspiring sprawling luxury lodge

  • 5 of 5

We took our family of 5 and their friends (9 total) on our February school break to go skiing. this awe inspiring home immediately takes your breath away as you round the corner up the long driveway and when its vastness is in full sight your heart drops! When you enter any one of its many convenient entrances you instantly feel "Home" there is not a single touch that wasn't thought of from the decor, to the array of lighting to the many amenities. This rustic elegant palace is a vacation in itself! We didn't even need to leave to enjoy the entire week! The master bedroom is royalty with the most amazing copper soaking tub in a spacious master bathroom in which I indulged in every night. There are so many nooks you find yourself excited each night to find a new one to try out, from the grand piano in the great room, to the main fire place, to the many loft mini living rooms. With 3 living levels this home makes a perfect getaway for multi family vacations. Each level is like its own home with magical touches in every corner.

The huge garage easily housed all 3 of out cars with extra room. The game room is nothing short of a dream playground for all ages including adults. We had full size theater movies nightly while our many 18-24 year olds played pool, shuffle board, air hockey, darts, cards, pingpong all at once with plenty of breathing room. The kitchen & walk in pantry is fully equipped for major family feasts & we cooked for 9 every night. The surround porches have breathtaking views and the grounds were beautiful for walks.

The neighborhood is quaint & friendly and I feel this home made our week the vacation of a lifetime!

The personal touches in this house made you absolutely feel the love the owners put into it.

The local caretaker they have welcomes you upon your arrival & shows you where everything is (and how to work it all) he is warm, friendly & at your Beck and call if you need anything at all your entire stay.

We HIGHLY staying here & we would rent this house anytime we are back in town.

Gratefully the Araujo Family
