Welcome to one of the finest suites in one of the new complexes in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Beautifully appointed, it features 2 bedrooms, 1 office, laundry room and 3 bathrooms and has been beautifully decorated with original artwork by its owners. The decor is contemporary, with Mexican and tropical touches. It is intended to be relaxed, and comfortable. It has been furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, iPod docking station alarm clock, safe, phone, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a king size bed, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, and double built-in closets and dressers with en-suite bathroom. The office has a desktop computer for you to use as well as a printer. The computer screen can also be switched to use as a TV.
The living room features an L-shape sofa and 1 sofa chair, 4K HD flat screen TV with satellite service Sonos surround sound system.
The dining room seats 8 comfortably and has a partial ocean view for your enjoyment while dining.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favorite gourmet meal. It includes gas stove, wall oven and micro-convection oven and warming drawer, S/S fridge with water and ice dispenser, and dishwasher. There is a table service for 18, and all of the kitchen tools you would expect.
There is also an en-suite laundry facility.
The suite features a terrace for lounging and enjoying the sunsets after a day at the beach. There are also 2 separate balconies/terraces off each bedroom for some quiet time to read a book or admire the mountain.
The suite also has a computer, printer, and wireless internet access.
The complex is very centrally located in the Romantic Zone and is directly on Los Muertos beach and next to the Cuale river with great restaurants, bars, stores, and other attractions that make Puerto Vallarta such a favorite spot to visit and return to. Its location makes it very accessible, meaning no hills to climb unless you want to and making a car unnecessary.

We decided to purchase this property after owning our first Puerto Vallarta property for 7 years. We favoured this property because it is in the same building as as our first one and we have been very satisfied with the builder. We like this particular building because it is centrally located, in town, on flat land, no hills to climb and we were able to get the best unit we wanted in the complex which received major top of the line renovations from the previous owner over the past couple of years before we purchased it. We find the unit spacious, perfectly located in the complex with one of the best views, amazing high ceilings, great cross breezes and a perfect setting for watching the amazing Puerto Vallarta sunsets.
We love the fact that it was a 3 bedroom converted to 2 bedrooms and an office with 3 washrooms, large living room and dinning area with a kitchen that 2 people can cook in while still entertaining your guests due to the open concept design. We like the amazingly beautiful pool and the common area beside it where you can socialize with your neighbours and/or friends. We love that we can walk to everything and don't have to use a car while on vacation. The staff within the complex are very friendly and helpful. The whole complex is pristinely maintained on a daily basis. We also love that the complex is fairly new and is in excellent condition with very few repairs expected for quite some time.
Stayed a week last year and 2 weeks this year. Once again it was perfect.
We were met promptly by the Property Managers and escorted to the condo. Steve, the property owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Upon entering, we found ourselves in as nice an accommodation as anywhere we have stayed in the world. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The furniture and and artwork is superb, and of a quality found in the nicest of homes. The unit itself gives a wonderful view of not only the ocean, but the entire property and city of Puerto Vallarta. Bring your binoculars! The location of the property just south of the Rio Cuale is within walking distance of all our favorite restaurants and haunts. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for many years and have always stayed at a different place each time. Next year we will be breaking our rule and returning to the same exact location. This property is absolutely spectacular. We are avid travelers and have been visiting PV since 1988. I began researching Molino de Agua due to its location and large apartments (3,300 square feet) serviced by one elevator per unit. The location is unsurpassed, walking distance everywhere from the Malecon to Zona Romantica, Old Town and to art galleries and restaurants. The view is also unbeatable as not only is Banderas Bay right there in all its splendor but you also have the natural beauty of Rio Cuale.
Now, I must tell you why we decided to book this particular unit. First of all it's incomparable to ANY other unit in Molino de Agua. The decor is absolutely indescribable, the photos do not do it justice. The art work throughout the unit and bedrooms make you feel as if you are in an art gallery, and there are 6 or more sculptures; one of them being a replica of Sergio Bustamante's "Searching for Reason" which is located on the Malecon. I could go on and on...The furnishings are top notch, really making you feel as if you are in more than a 5 star luxury hotel. We enjoyed sitting in the terrace, enjoying morning breakfast, afternoon drinks and the gorgeous sunsets of course. The terrace is actually like an apartment in itself, being very large with a built in BBQ and lounge chairs and plenty of seating from where you can not only appreciate the beautiful ocean view, but the Rio Cuale and the immense infinity pool at your footsteps. The first thing that wows you when you walk in is the amazing view of the ocean from the eight floor.
We were very fortunate to meet the owner Steve, who dropped by on Sunday, and chatted for over an hour with him. He had to leave but we could've spent the whole day engaging in very interesting conversation. I must mention that when we booked originally it was just for my husband and myself, later we had two more guests joining us. When Steve found out he was so generous to offer us his other apartment which is 3 bedrooms to make our stay more comfortable at no extra charge, can you believe this?
Fernando was wonderful, always there for any questions we might have and even printed our boarding passes for us upon our return.
Do not miss going to El Mercado just up the street, cafe, bakery, pastries and gourmet take out, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. We also loved the Botanical Gardens.

I just love this property. It is decorated with taste and an eye for beauty. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal although we prefer to just walk to one of the many great restaurants in the area. No need for a car.
The beds are comfortable and I slept like a baby thanks to the cool ocean breeze. The bathrooms are beautiful and the family area and patio are a great place to hand out when you are done with the beach.
You can walk to everything you need in no time at all. The view is amazing and we got a free fireworks show every night during our stay. I can't wait to return!
Just like to say thanks to Steve for allowing us to rent your condo. It's truly a 5 star facility. Great location to all restaurants and bars in Old Town. Perfect condo with all its amenities. Met a lot of nice people in the pool bar. Polite courteous staff. Thanks to Fernando for his help and the staff at the gate for getting cabs and any info we needed. Look forward to renting again.

I will try not to repeat everything others have said but it is absolutely true. I am going to provide the things I wish I had known before I went:
- they provide practically new powerful hair dryers
- they provide many beach towels and soap to launder and dry them if you wish so do not pack one
- their kitchen is better stocked than mine at home so don't bring that travelling corkscrew or tea kettle
- the wifi is quick and reliable so you don't need to buy a package
- the bakery is right across the street and has divine pastries so don't bring unless you have dietary restrictions
- they have board games in the condo in case you need something for a rainy day
- you can use their computer to check into your flight and print your boarding passes to save time at the airport
- the condo has a pool bar and they have an extensive and delicious menu for food and drinks - open 12 to 5:30 except Sunday
There was nothing we needed and didn't find.
The air conditioning is fast and efficient so you could leave it off all day then just turn it on in the bedroom and have a night cap and it was wonderfully cool for sleeping. High enough not to get street noise but low enough for a fantastic view.
It really is so perfectly located and so perfectly appointed I feel sorry for any accommodations we book in the future which will pale in comparison. Thank you so much!

If cancellations are made before the 60 day or 120 day(peak season) policy, we will return your deposit less 20% administration fee. For cancellation of less than 60 day notice for In season and Low season or less than 120 day notice for Peak Season, you will not receive any refund. You are allowed 100 Kilowatts per day of electricity, anything above will be charged at $0.50 USD against security deposit.
