Booking a stay is as easy as booking a hotel room, with online payment and confirmation. You get the same attention to detail and personal service too.
Every home is properly cleaned before and after you stay, beds made (we can even do hospital corners) and bathrooms kitted out with luxury toiletries. There’s a maid service if you want it, as well as other hotel-style amenities.
Once we’ve helped you settle in, we’re just a call away, 7/7. If it’s something we can’t solve over the phone, we’ll pop over to lend a hand.
And because nobody wants to be a tourist, our homes come with personal and unique recommendations from the people who live in them – places to eat, things to do and adventures to go on. And in the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for new homes.

Restaurants in the 15th have not always made the must-eat list but there are quite a few gems that are definitely worth checking out.
The most buzzed about restaurant is probably Jadis (208 rue de la Croix Nivert) that serves up unpretentious market-inspired French classics. A lesser-known neighborhood favorite of mine is La Veraison (64 Rue de la Croix Nivert) which serves up delicious French flare with a smile. Another great no-reservations neighborhood brasserie is La Cantine du Troquet Dupleix (53 boulevard de Grenelle) which is one of our go-to lunch spots.
La Casse Noix (56 rue de la Fédération), L’Epicuriste (41 boulevard Pasteur) and Le Grand Pan (20 Rue Rosenwald) are three more French restaurants that are worth the hike into the depths of the 15th arrondissement for some serious good food with friendly neighborhood service.
Sick of French food? One of our favorite local spots is La Lac Tana (38 rue Fondary) where you will dine on home-cooked Ethiopian cuisine in this sweet and comforting restaurant. Or head to the seaside at La Cabane a Huitres (4 rue Antoine-Bourdelle) by Montparnasse and dine on some fine seafood straight from Arcachon.
We enjoyed the convenience of this location but the apartment was more than cramped with owner's stuff. It appeared as the owner had just left and we arrived. It did not appear as a vaction rental but permanent residence.
One of the most charming shopping streets in Paris is Rue due Commerce. This small street stretches from metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle to Felix Faure and is jammed-packed with some serious shopping from Zara and H&M to Maje, Mellow Yellow, Comptoir de Cotonniers, Lacoste and more. It is local, and charming and you can take a nice break at Cafe du Commerce or sit in the park and soak up some sun on a nice day before heading back into the shops.
More recently, the massive shopping center of Beaugrenelle opened closer to the river. This is a first-class mall and we have loved popping in here for some mainstreem shopping as well as getting an Essie manicure at their nail bar or having some champagne and popcorn from the champagne bar at the state-of-the-art Pathé movie theatre.
If it is food shopping you are looking for, be sure to stroll down Rue de Lourmel and pick up some cheese at Fromagerie Laurent Dubois (2 rue de Lourmel) and while you are there browse some fine cuts of meat at Boucherie Marguerite (4 rue de Lourmel). On Wednesday and Sunday mornings there is a huge open-air market under the line 6 train from Dupleix to La Motte Piquet Grenelle that we love as well!
