Welcome to the Clinton's Ash Rapids Lodge, where you'll receive the full experience. From the great outdoors to the exquisite dining room, we will ensure you have the best experience on Lake of the Woods.
Ash Rapids can be reached by boat, a twenty minute ride from our landing, or by float plane. Our camp consists of ten cabins each providing unique and varying amenities. The lodge with restaurant, bar, tackle shop and newly expanded deck provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
We are open seasonally from the third Saturday in May to September 30th for American Plan and Housekeeping packages. Full service restaurant opens July 1st until Labour Day Weekend.
Our secluded location in Ash Bay connects you to Shoal Lake and Shoal Lake Narrows by way of the Ash Rapids. These sheltered waters can be fished everyday, regardless of weather. They are known to have the finest Small Mouth Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike and Muskie fishing. With our staff of experienced, reliable guides, you will receive a navigator of the lake, an expert fisherman, and a fabulous shorelunch.
Your trip commences when you arrive at our landing in Kendall Inlet. From there, you will be escorted by boat to our lodge. While our staff take your luggage to your cabin, you are welcome to visit the lodge for a cup of coffee and to obtain your fishing permit. Once checked in, retreat to your cabin and prepare for your adventure.
If you are on the American Plan, each morning your guides will get your boat, lunch and drinks for the day ready. While youâ??re out, your cabin will be cleaned and given fresh towels, made ready for your return when you come off the water.
If you are parking your vehicle and/or trailer at the landing, you need not worry. It is our private property, and our winter residence, and has ample parking. Our staff is in and out of there every day, so it is never left alone for long and vehicles are absolutely safe.
This rate is on a per person, per night basis for bookings of 4 and under. There is a discounted rate of 85.00 CAD per person per night for groups of 5 and over. You may contact directly the property owner in order to reserve at 1-800-465-1095. Thank you
