Maple Lake is a mile by a mile with bays off the main lake area thus it is a maple leaf shape. Boat traffic is light so much so that it is enjoyable to watch while sitting on the Muskoka chairs on the dock. Through Maple Lake renters also have access to Duck Lake using canoes or kayaks. Duck Lake is a smaller more irregular shaped lake than Maple Lake.
