Located within walking distance to all the village has to offer; ferry dock, restaurants, convenience stores, and a beer/liquor store. The island has 2 golf courses and beautiful Big Sandy Bay beach is only a 10 minute drive away. As well, access to upstate New York is minutes away via a 10 minute ferry ride that takes you to the quaint town of Cape Vincent.
Sunrise cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twins) and a pullout sofa bed (double) in the lounge. Linens and towels provided. Fully furnished with all ammenities including washer/dryer, Wifi, DVD player and LCD screen. Back patio door opens onto waterfront view, and a large, private yard with BBQ and patio furniture. Enjoy watching the wildlife that lives waterside. Community docking is available nearby.
