Charleston is a unique city full of history, charm and hospitality. The next time you visit Charleston, get a personalized experience by living like a local. This 2 bedroom apartment is located off of St. Philip Street in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown Charleston.

Just a block away from upper King Street, the new epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Hominy Grill, Five Loaves Cafe, Two Boroughs Larder, The Ordinary, and The Grocery all located within 3 blocks of the rental. This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away.

This rental comfortably sleeps 4 people and can sleep 5. There are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a full size bed. The bedroom with the full size bed is tiny but does have space to put your luggage and has a small closet. In the living area there is a futon that folds out into a full size bed where a fifth person can sleep.

Provided are TWO free OFF-STREET parking spaces that are directly in front of the rental.

When renting a car we suggest reserving an economy size for parking.

Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, fridge, toaster oven, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

2 night minimum stay.

Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.

Rates are based on time of year and events.

Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.

Please consider these times when planning your travel as we do not make any exceptions for early check in or late check out.

We do not allow pets.

Located in a great area

The property is very small but served its purpose well. It is very loud late at night though from student apartments right next door. Location was great

Nice spot very close to downtown activities

Great location in the city. Place was a perfect size for a couples getaway weekend. Had all the basic necessities. The beds we’re very big and comfortable. Would book here again !

Great location and cute little place!

Great location and cute little space! Walking distance and convenient to everything. Please be aware the home is TINY (bath and second bedroom especially), but it is a great jumping off spot.The original cobblestone floors are cool, but be sure to bring footed slippers. The linens,towels, and beds were awesome quality and the kitchen, while small, was cutie patootie, nicely updated, clean, great and functional as long as you do not want to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Liked the off street parking. Great Adirondack chairs on the large portico to have our wine before dinner! Thanks again!

This location was great. A walk away from all things Charleston, and the place itself was clean and inclusive of everything you would want in a HomeAway. Not to mention, the property managers were very responsive and fair for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location to Celebrate Thanksgiving

This downtown Charleston apartment served as the ideal location for a small family gettogether in Charleston. It was one couple and my sister and the apartment fit us perfectly. The bricked flooring added so much personality and the location is ideal! While the apartment is small, they have invested in all the right details to make it feel high-end and welcoming.

Car: not necessary

There are horse and carriage rides, multiple walking tours and historic house tours located just several blocks away. Many local boutiques and restaurants are easily available and walkable to enjoy during your days. Local farmers markets and festivals occur regularly here in our city at Marion Square conveniently located just 4 blocks away.
