Many detailed amenities through extensive renovation, you won't find in normal rentals. There are 2 King Bedrooms and 1 kids room with bunks and a daybed with trundle(sleeps 4). Redesigned floor plan on 1st floor reworked for the best experience, views, fun and cooking!! You are sitting right on the Dunes! Walk out from living room or bed rooms and feel like you are sitting right on the beach!!

We just completed an extensive make over this summer. We have just upgraded the 2 king beds with new king mattresses & pillows! We have replaced the living room couch, new 58' flat screen TV in living room, brand new patio furnishings on all floors and there is an electric grill on 1st. fl. balcony. We replaced carpet in the stairway, bought 16 sets of new fluffy towels for the bathrooms so there are plenty! We have hired a new cleaning crew to make sure we get a detailed cleaning every time! It is like a brand new home!

About Angie Graver

We love the Cape and bought this Seacliffs townhome in 1997. We were soon packing up and driving down from Atlanta as often as possible. In 1999, we had the opportunity to rent our Atlanta home and moved to the Cape as full-time residents till 2002 for 5 years, now it is a full time rental, so we can share this wonderful and amazingly special piece of paradise.

Why Angie Graver chose North West Florida

As we lived in the unit, we dreamed of improvements we could make it more like a house than a town-home. We soon gutted it and one thing led to another. I remember when David drove up with a trailer of 150-year reclaimed heart pine from that became our first floor. He laid every piece with great care. We have a photo album of some of the renovation project in the TV cabinet.. It was truly the proverbial labor of love. It continues to this day as we are always updating and trying to make it even more user-friendly and accomodating.

What makes this townhome unique

This end unit has 25 windows with expansive views from every single room. Because of the privacy and stunning views, it feels more like a house than part of a development.. It's fun to cook and hang out and you have the feeling that the outside is inside.

Wonderful Time in CSB

The condo is great. The best view on the cape is located right outside the master bed room door on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bicycles and kayaks are definitely a plus to have available 24/7. We had great time. Can't wait to go back.

Location, location, location October 2016

The location for this condo is gorgeous and the view is absolutely beautiful. It is as clean as it can be considering the used condition of the kitchen and bathrooms plus we did not see a single bug. The condo, unfortunately, looks tired due to lack of upkeep. It has good bones but needs a lot of updating. The wood floors are very nice and it does have new TV's. Also, I love the leather furniture in the living room. Just not what we were expecting for the price.

Great Place!

A really great place to stay. The condo is nicely decorated, well appointed, well outfitted (new bikes, kayaks, beach chairs) and very comfortable. Our family had a great stay and loved every minute of it. But best of all, the view is just incredible!!!! Especially sitting out on the top floor bedroom balcony. Spectacular beyond words! Very close to the beach, just behind the sand dunes. Easy walk to beach. Very close to the state park which is just a fabulously beautiful place.The owner, David Harrell was very nice and very helpful. We would definitely like to come back again in the future.

Location! Location! Location!

The location, views, pool and people were great! The unit needs some TLC. When we arrived we noticed empty juice boxes on the table. No big deal. As we unpacked we found little boys' shorts in the closet floor and other clothes in a drawer. No big deal. The closet doors in the kids' room were leaning against the wall in the closet. We were beginning to see a pattern. The bottom shelf in the fridge is gone which limits storage. The balcony door sticks shut to the point the ladies and children couldn't get it open. Only very small and huge pots making meals difficult. We found beaters but no mixer. Cabinet door handles came of when pulled. The downstairs bath smelled of urine. Roaches were huge and everywhere. The upstairs bedroom could not be cooled. There is a couch in the upstairs bath that virtually touches the commode. It's made of fabric... Mismatched light fixtures, bulbs burned out. The chrome bars you grab to help yourself in and out oft the upstairs tub come right off in your hand!

Again, great location.with lots of toys, just needs some attention. We expected a much nicer experience at this price.

Beautiful & Cozy

This place is beautiful. There was 4 brand new bikes, and a brand new kayak for two people. This made our stay so wonderful. The home was very clean and stocked. Thank you for sharing your home we will be back.

Outdated and Dirty

Great location and views, but very outdated. Housekeeping was spotty at best. Downstairs fridge was old and filthy. Only one bike was usable at the time of arrival and we had to buy beach chairs because the ones at the condo were rusted or broken. Had to use a wrench to control water in the upstairs shower. Needs a new A/C or an additional unit. Upstairs bedroom stayed unpleasantly hot the entire stay.

Owner's Response: The tub filler that was broken was repaired the weekend after they left. There are 4 new bikes, now being stored in a room so they do not rust. All of the issues have been taken care of prior to this summer season. There are also many new features in the home and upgrades, tinned windows, new heat resistant curtains in the master, two new kayaks ( one double, 2 singles) We strive to keep this home clean and upgraded so it can show off this wonderful location and beautiful renovation of this one of a kind end unit!!
