My wife and I purchased this Condo in 2002. We spent many wonderful weekends and holidays at this home with our children. Many a wonderful memory was created here and in the Mammoth Lakes area. Now we have the opportunity to share it with you.

We purchased this condo in this complex because it is so easy to manage a snow trip in Mammoth. Especially with children. Once you park your car there is never any reason to drive again until you are heading back home. The lifts are 100 yards away. Canyon lodge is 200 yards away. Walk to the lifts. No driving, trying to catch shuttles, or renting lockers. No more carrying lots of gear.
Also because we have covered parking no digging your car out of ice and snow....all made easy because of location.
So you spend your days on the mountain enjoying the majestic days instead of doing other things. Our unit is steps to the recreational room, spa, and Sauna. Also the community laundry room. If you are into easy... This is as good as it gets.

Loved this comfortable and exceptionally clean one bedroom condo located steps away from Canyon Lodge and the Village Gondola. Equipped with big screen tvs, fully stocked kitchen for those who cook, and a place for your car in the underground parking. Comfy couch in living room with a fireplace for snuggling up to watch a movie after a long days ride. Everything you need for a great snow weekend!
Tony was quite helpful, place was clean. I appreciated that clean sheets were placed on each of the pull-out couches. Lots of spices which helped with cooking. We never received the key to the storage locker so had to walk around skiis all weekend. It would have been helpful to have it. The shower in the condo had limited water and a little challenging as it was either very hot or pretty cold. But it helped a lot that steps away was the rec center, jacuzzi, and there was a completely remodeled shower facility for men and women.
Its about several hundred yards up to the Canyon lodge so make sure you can easily carry equipment up and back.
Austria Hof across the street was great, good food, fun bar, warm and cozy perfect for a snowy weekend.

We rented this condo for 3 nights in January, 2017 for a ski trip. The unit resembles1970s or 80s style construction, based on the popcorn style acoustical ceiling in the bedroom, the simple unpaneled doors, the fiberglass tub & shower unit, dated tile on the kitchen floor & around the bathroom sink, vinyl floor in the bathroom, and the woefully inadequate heating system. The unit has some wear & tear. Paint on some baseboards and door jambs is chipped and cracked and some doorstops are damaged or missing. However the living room, dining room, and most bedroom furniture, as well as the flat screen TVs and DVD players were all in good condition. The wall décor is attractive.
Good things: nice furniture (except bed) and decor, excellent location close to Canyon Lodge, great covered parking, very well-equipped kitchen with good supply of spices & seasonings, paper towels & Kleenex provided, many pegs on walls for hanging coats, ski locker.
Bad things: paint chipped and worn on door jambs & baseboards, old popcorn ceilings in some rooms, inadequate heating (undersized wall heaters took 10 hours to heat rooms), 1 wall heater doesn’t work, unit was at 55o when we arrived and unit not warm until following morning, heater in living room makes annoying rattling sound, no heat in bathroom, housekeeper initially provided only 1 small bar of soap and refused to provide additional toilet paper when we requested more, light burned out in bedroom lamp and no spares in unit (had to phone owner), toilet was full of stale smelly urine when we arrived, ice cold memory foam mattress pad prevented comfortable sleep the first night, shelf supports missing in bathroom wall cabinet, wifi too slow to use sometimes.
Tips: If you rent this unit in winter set the 2 thermostats to 78o. Turn on the gas fireplace which provides a small amount of heat. Shut the door from the main living area to keep the bathroom and bedroom warmer. Bring 1 or 2 plug-in electric heaters to supplement the 2 undersized wall heaters; otherwise bring heavy flannel pajamas or thermal underwear, and thick socks to wear while sleeping. Bring bath soap or body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Although the condos are older, it was very well maintained and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And, best of all, we were able to walk to the chair lifts. We also took the gondola down to the village for happy hour. The condo was well stocked with anything you need. We were also thankful for the underground parking. We will definitely stay again if it is available!
St Anton Condos is located right next to Canyon Country Lodge. It is 200 yards away from the lodge and lifts 16, 17, and 8. We are also only 100 yards from lift 7. Also 200 yards from Gondola which takes you to the village and back.

Very easy and convenient especially if you are traveling with children. A short walk and you are on the lifts with the ability to access the entire mountain.
Across the street is the Austria Hof...a local restaurant with a full bar... Great place to relax after a day on the slopes.
