About the property

Casa Gran Vista is a nice house built in three levels, situated in a complete and private urbanization, overlooking the Bay of Alicante. It is close to the beach and all local amenities including banks, bars restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. It has 110 m2, with two bedrooms, a bath, a living/dining-room and a kitchen. It has also a north facing balcony with sea views and a wonderful south facing terrace with sun screen and terrace furniture. In general the house benefits from a lot of natural light and ventilation due to its large windows. The house is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and with all white goods necessary in a holiday accommodation. The property is set in private gate urbanization with about 30,000 square meter beautiful common gardens. There are 2 large community pools with in each case 1 child basin, 2 tennis courts with floodlight, playing equipments for children and its own convenience store and supermarket. The distance to the beach is about 800 m.

Costa Blanca: Costa Blanca Beaches are one of the most famous tourist areas right on the Mediterranean Sea. The white coast is also famous for its well looked after sandy beaches, Jacuzzi-temperature seawater and numerous possibilities to relax and unwind. The countryside at the north end of the Costa Blanca is attractively mountainous and rocky. Many beaches here on the Costa Blanca carry the Blue Flag for his clean waters and beaches. The main magnets for foreign visitors are sun, beach and golf but there's much more to this area which is rich in history and culture: its cuisine, fiestas and festivals and variety of leisure.

Tours & activities in the area: We highly recommend trips for example to Elche, to the palm park sightseeing 'Huerto del Cura', Tabarca island, to the new theme park 'Terra Mitica', 'Parque Natura' and 'Rio safari' or to the water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar the sea life centre in Benidorm. Beaches, mountains and footpaths on your doorstep make this an idyllic base for your holidays be it swimming, fishing, boating, playing golf, parapenting, trekking or just relaxing. We leave some tourist information in the house, thus you can get suggestions about the activities and the sightseeing tours in the area.

Ganske bra.

Tenke å droppe å skrive noe anmeldese, men...

Vi kom til Gran Alacant noe dager før vi skulle leie og er kjent i område og bodde hos familien.

Vi gav beskjed om det i tilfelle vi kunne få se leiligheten om alt var klart, men da lurte de bare på om vi ville leie ett døgn til.

Siden det bare var 10-12 varmegrader på dagen og mye kaldre på natta, ville vi bare sjekke at noe varme var satt, men vi hørte ikke mere...

dagen etter var det som vi fryktet ISKALD.

I tillegg var det tydelig ar det hadde stått tomt i flere uker da toalettene var brune og lite væske oppi.

Vasken nede på toalettet var tett og vi måtte bare brette opp armene og begynne og jobbe.

Det var tomt for gass i den ene gassbeholdere, vi fikk heldigvis fylt opp på bensinstasjonen og betalt €16.

Det var fritt for batteri i fjernkontrollen til tv'n, men vi kjøpte 2 nye batterier.

Vi leide oss en varmeovn som gikk på gass, men det ble ikke varme i huset før dagen etter.

Sikringene gikk hele tiden fordi man kunne ikke ha på varmepumpe sammen med f.eks varmeovn/komfyr.

Vi hadde heller ikke fått nøkkelen til bakgården, men den kom etter hvert.

Siden dørene var igjen og leiligheten hadde stått tom ei stund luktet det ille og det var rått i leiligheten i flere dager.

Ved inngangspartiet var det løv fra plantene over alt og en tre/palme lå over hele inngangspartiet.

Den fikk jeg reist opp og bundet fast...og kostet all løv i ett hjørne (og noen fjernet det etter 4dager)

Alt i alt en trist start på ferien som var bare 4-5dager.

Konklusjonen er: Sjekk leiligheten minimum ett døgn før utleie, gjør den klar til utleie, sett på varme hvis det er kaldt ute for det tar minst ett døgn og varme opp ei hel leilighet med flere rom.

Pæn og ren. Men lidt mange lamper virkede ikke!

God beliggenhed i forhold til pool mm. Dejlig udsigt fra "morgenaltanen". Området dog domineret af masser af feriehuse og billige restauranter.

Santa Pola is situated on a cape some 25 km south of the city of Alicante and about 20 km of Elche city. The attractive town of Santa Pola retains much of its maritime personality, though there are more leisure craft than fishing boats in its marina. It has great beaches, is adjacent to attractive countryside, possesses a picturesque castle and has some of the best seafood restaurants in the Spanish Mediterranean. The town is on the southernmost stretch of the province of Alicante, lying on a calm bay. Its mild climate and the hospitality of its people make this major fishing port a must.

Golf: The nearest 18-hole golf-club is only 12 km away (el Plantío) but there are more golf-courses in the neighbour area (Alicante, Aspe, Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja). Some of them are: el Plantio, Alicante golf, Alenda club golf, Bonalba golf club, golf la Marquesa, Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Villamartin golf, Los Ramblas and La Finca.
