Built in the 70's, ii is really convenient for anyone who needs the space and the comfort of a parisian cosy aparment. On the 16th floor, with a lift!.. You will enjoy an impressive view, night and day; you can look over Paris having breakfast, facing the Eiffel Tower, or having diner on the balcony with 3 of your guest!...
My wife and I renovated the apartment last year, and will be very happy to share this very pleasant place to live for one week, two, or even a couple of month. The 15th arrondissement is almost like a village; our son, Pierre, will welcome you and give you all the best tips to choose the best boulangerie, boucherie or restaurant in the area. There is a nice supermarket down the building (in the residence).
He will also show you the solarium, on the 17th floor, very easy access to the "roof of PAris!"; then you can walk around and guess every single monument of the Capital... a must!
We may propose you the underground parking if needed.

Bonjour! I'm Pierre, the son of Hubert and Marie-France, who own this great apartment I very much enjoy. My dad is now retired, he was a gynecologist until quite recently, and my mum helped him during these hard years of work. He is passionated with his job and he now enjoy to rest with my mum in south of France, often in Cannes in French Riviera, where they own a very cosy flat we also rent on short term.

They bought this property because of the view, the quite and the balcony; it is also very convenient for any parisian to be green area, with many parks and space for the kids (me and my 2 brothers) and also the Bois de Boulogne, the closest forest in Paris, located in the 16th arrondissement.
The flat was fully refurbished in 2014 by Sophie, a friend of the family who is a professional decoratrice. She made it very special, with nice furnitures and warm colors.
You will love the supermarket litterally in the building.
As I just said, the supermarket down the building (inside the building!) is great; many other shops and markets around, especially the outdoor market, on rue Lecourbe, on the other side of the building, every wednesday and saturday. The best boulangerie is also around the corner, of rue Balard. From the bedrooms and kitchen, you will enjoy the view on Eiffel Tower, but you also easily can walk up the top roof and enjoy a 360° view on ful Paris!
After spending two weeks in this lovely apartment in 2015 I came back again this year for four weeks. I was not disappointed -- everything was perfect. Pierre, son of the owners, is wonderful and always available if needed. Can't wait until next year! See my 2015 review below for more details.

What a pleasure to be welcoming at the aeroport by a driver who speaks perfet english, very helpful and offering a cool bottle of water. Then you were down the building showing the way to your stunning flat, a real eagles nest! How pleasant it was having a glass of white burgundy on the balcony when we arrived, then having a tour in detail to explain all about we needed to know about the apartment, but also all the tips in the area as restaurants, places to go shopping and outdoor market. . .
So bright, sunny and quite! That also what we really enjoyed with my wife and our daughter. 16th floor below, then you get to the supermaket (Carrefour) which could not be more convenient. We also enjoyed being out of the very busy center of Paris, still very easy to access by bus and metro to central Paris.
A must, one floor above, is the solarium, for a walk on the top of Paris!

I, a man traveling alone, stayed in this apartment for two weeks and was absolutely thrilled with it. Because it is the home of a professional French couple who live here half the year, it is fully equipped and wonderfully maintained. There is even a maid who comes in for several hours every Monday afternoon. The property is managed by the owners' son. He met me at the flat on the morning of my arrival and walked me through all of the operating details I would need to know, and was available by phone or email should any issues arise (they didn't).
As you will find in the property description, it is a two bedroom flat (the smaller of which has a desktop computer and printer) on the top (16th) floor of a modern building with two elevators. It has magnificent views, a lovely terrace for enjoying your morning café and croissant, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washer/dryer combo), queen bed in the master, a bathroom with tub and shower, and separate WC. Both the building and the apartment are very secure. There is plenty of closet space. Also included are a new flat-panel HD TV with cable service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and land-line telephone with unlimited free calls to the USA (and possibly elsewhere).
Outside of the flat itself, you will find an enormous supermarket in the lobby (along with a pharmacy) which makes shopping ridiculously easy. Leave the building and you are steps away from a boulangerie/patisserie, butcher shop, dry cleaner, several banks with ATMs, and numerous restaurants and other commercial establishments. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Lourmel Métro station from which you can travel virtually everywhere in Paris and beyond. There are also several bus lines serving the neighborhood.
I fully intend to stay here again and recommend it highly.
My grown children joined me for several marvelous weeks in Paris last fall. We rented this apartment and found many things to love about it. It is very close to public transportation, has wonderful restaurants and markets near by, making it a great place to enjoy an extended stay. It is a beautiful comfortable and quiet apartment. We highly recommend this listing.

This part of Paris really is very residential but also very lively, with anything you need. The access to get to central Paris could not be easier, with the metro line 8 which leads straight to Concorde or Bastille.
There are several buses down the building also super efficient.
