Bright and cozy upper floor condominium in the heart of Tarzana. The unit includes nicely furnished rooms, TV and Internet, functioning kitchen, clean and bright bathroom with essentials. Wonderful balcony view opens to quiet and clean complex with nice pool. Secure and Safe neighborhood of Los Angeles!

The entire condo is yours! Please treat it with the same respect that I do.

I will welcome you myself, show you then ins and outs of the unit, provide details and recommendations about restaurants, bars, music, shopping, and in the immediate area, as well as any other questions about your stay in Los Angeles.

Excellent option for a large family.

We flew in from West Australia very tired with 3 young kids and were very pleased to have this place for many weeks in LA. The condo was very safe, well presented clean and tidy. Had all the mod cons and the kids loved the pool. This is a very affordable and good option for a family with small kids. Close to all amens and not so far from all the attractions in a car. Landlord Elnur was very pleasant and nice to deal with. (Sorry about late review Elnur) Neighbors were all cool!

Would happily come stay there again.

Great apartment, great location, great host

Elnur was a great host and his apartment was even better than I expected. I spent three months there, and it had everything I needed. If I ever needed to contact Elnur he was quick to respond and make sure it was taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again.

We found this condo to be amply supplied with kitchen items for cooking and tv watching . The sleeping accomadations were also very satisfying for our stay. Thank you for your help in a wonderful Los Angeles visit.

Clean and big appartment with great location

We stayed 6 nights in this appartment with our 10 months old baby and it was just perfect for us. It has a big living room with kitchen, a balcony, a master sleeping room and a sleeping room for kids. All the rooms are very big and clean. On the estate are you will find a nice pool as well as washing machines and dryers.

The area is very quiet and the street not busy.

Elnur,the owner , was very responsive and friendly. He waited for us when we arrived and he brought a new toaster next day in the morning when we told him that it was broken.

For is the location was just perfect, as it is in the middle of the attractions we wanted to see: Hollywood, Beverly hills, Malibu and Santa Monica, all in 30 minutes drive time.

I definitely would recommend.mend this appartment to anyone.

Good to stay

Everything is OK. I had a car with me, so location is not a big deal to me. Room is neat and owner is friendly. I will choose to stay there if I go to LA in future.

Owner's Response: It was nice to host you. FYI, The property is about 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills. And about 20-25 minutes away from Los Angeles Downtown, Santa Monica, Airport. There are lots of restaurants, shopping plazas in walking distance.

A Clean, Perfect, Feel at Home Stay !!!

This is my 3rd stay through Home Away and it worked perfectly as it did in the past. Specific to this accommodation, Elnur (the property owner) was very quick in his responses to my queries even before I did the reservation. The day of check in, i got a direct note earlier in the morning so i didnt have to think through the process to get myself settled. The house was very neat, well maintained, and gave a feel at home stay in the first few minutes. All necessary accessories for 4+1 (3 year old kid) was available in the property and grocery shops were close by. Its really 15-20 mins away from Universal Studios that we didnt have any issues to reach the place on time. The Bed and covers, bathrooms, kitchen were all clean and neat. Had Netflix (Roku) and wifi facilities at home which helped us keep entertained with a buffering free real quick internet access. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at this place and we will definitely look to get back next time we visit LA.
