This location is just perfect. We're a quaint neighborhood just West of Deepwell, North of Sunrise. We are close to everything. Shopping, Dining, Night Life, Arts, Sporting Activities. The Tahquitz River Estates section of South Palm Springs has the best weather to offer.

What really makes this property special is the complete privacy you have from behind the walls with the accompanying views of the mountains. It's just breath taking and serene.

We had a fantastic experience, great location, amenities were perfect, and ownership very attentive

This place was really terrific. Home was exactly as described in the listing, ownership were very attentive in ensuring that our trip was as success. House was very clean when we arrived, amenities were new and everything functioned great. Location was quiet and a short distance from downtown, pool was clean and gardens very well kept. Its a jewel, and a great place to visit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Awesome experience!

Couldn't imagine a better place to spend a week in Palm Springs than this authentic Trusedale home. From the pool to every detail through out the house it's hard to find a reason to venture outside from the property. It's great for a family or even a group of friends. Very close to down town area as well as the airport. Ruben and his assistants were very accommodating. Vidal was awesome. He was such an amazing host and was there for anything that we needed. We are defiantly looking forward to coming back here!

Awesome place!!!

Great house. Stayed with family of 6 for a week. Loved the pool, very large, with a semi-deep end (about 7 ft). Owners were very good about regulating the pool temp. Got colder later in week and had the temp cranked up. Some grass and lots of outdoor seating. Kitchen has everything, nice appliances, great coffee/express machine. Seating a little tight with 6 people at the table. A/V excellent with Pandora and lots of movies. Neighborhood quiet but very near shops and food. Swiss Donuts just down the street. Hmmmmm. Donuts. Owners are very detailed and lots of communication before we came.

We would stay here again someday.

Really Impressed!

I have to say, we were most impressed with Reuben and his team. We had many questions which were promptly answered by Reuben. I don't think he sleeps withhout his phone attached to his hip. In any event, Vidal the property manager was prodessional and very accomodating. He even checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. We lacked for nothing in this home. It was completely set up (better than my own home and I consider myself a true home chef). We too own a vacation rental and really just felt like we needed Reuben's personal training program.

Amazing setting, amazing location, amazing touches. We have to say the best part was having our very own 1 touch espresso machine in the morning. What a way to start the day! Highly recommend this property to those who can appreciate latte machines, fine furnishings and white glove treatment.

Thank you, Reuben and Vidal for a memorable vacation. We're booking again next year.

Gorgeous and inviting home

Our family of four stayed at this fabulous mid century home for two weeks. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property we knew we were in for a treat. Both the outdoor and interior were in impeccable condition. The location was very convenient to many grocery stores and to downtown. Also, the area was very quiet both during the day and evening hours. We would definitely recommend staying at this property. It really has everything you'll need and more. We look forward to hopefully going back one day. Thank you Ruben for making us feel most welcome.

Lovely, Well situated home in PS

Lovely home, extremely well located & equipped in central PS. Everything was a s promised. Excellent customer service and quick responses to any questions from owner's & property manager. We were met at check in by the proper manager & given a complete tour & explanation of the home, amenities, etc. The home has mid century modern, vintage furniture & artifacts through out & comes with strict set of rules to be followed that were only disclosed when the final payment was to be made & it was too late to cancel without penalty. Although we completely understand the owners concerns, we feel that the information should have been disclosed prior to booking as some of the rules/regulations were 'unusual' in our vast experience as vacation home renters (ex: owner's must pre-approve anyone you wish to invite to the home that is not listed as a renter, owners automatically receive a text when you open/close the garage door, etc) There are also 24 hour security cameras in all outdoor gathering areas, laundry, etc. Therefore renters need to feel comfortable feeling like they are being 'observed'. Overall we got used to the security cameras, rules, etc. It's completely understandable that the owners wish to keep their property in pristine condition. However, we would suggest that the owners consider disclosing the info prior to renting the property to interested parties.

Owner's Response: Hello & thank you for your review. We're happy to know you liked the property & our staging. We've worked very hard to create a very comfy yet stylish setting that embodies yesteryear collectables while allowing for current day living standards. I wanted to address your concerns & make a couple of clarifications. Yes, we only deliver your Vacation Rental Agreement upon receipt of final payment. In this package there is a host of information that we've created to make your stay more enjoyable. That being said, all rentals whether pvt or professionally run like ours have rules that are common place. Such as no unregistered guests or parties allowed w/o property owner having registered or authorized the activity. In each case there may be different pricing & vacation rental requirements that may ensue such agreement. In our initial responses to you, concerning requirements, we specifically state all guests must be registered as well as items needed to complete your reservation. These items are pre-disclosed 3 times in separate emails or docs prior to your not having the options to back out. We specifically pre-disclose the main house rules in advance so there isn't any confusion as to what the expectation is renting our home. I'm sorry you felt it was unnecessary or wrong of us to request this info however, not only is it our policy to know who's in our property at all times, the city also requires it. In addition, we had no idea you were planning on hosting a party that included unregistered guests or that would surpass the maximum allowable guests on the property. While we want you to have a good time, we also know what our home can handle in as far as total number of guests. Therefore, had we known your intentions prior to your making a commitment or if it was discussed anytime during the multiple emails or calls prior to your booking confirmation, we would have respectfully declined your request and suggested a larger property that would be more suitable to your needs. Yes, we do have security cameras located on the exterior perimeter of the property trained on break-in access points, gates and in our garage where we store personal belongings. NOT in PRIVATE living areas and we do not record sound. Not at all unusual for short term rentals. These cameras protect you and us in many ways. Remember we aren't always occupied & therefore need security as rentals can be targeted. Automation & notification also allows for added security to us all.
