We love our townhouse in the mountains and are happy to share it with our guests. We just redecorated the living room with new furniture, decorations and a flat screen TV to make this a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen has been re-done as well with new stainless appliances. New carpet and flooring is installed throughout as well. We just purchased AC units to keep you comfortable as well. Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. and a loft. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with twin beds. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is so much to do in this area year-round including skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, area attractions and just relaxing in the beauty of the White Mountains. The Village of Clearbrook is directly across from Loon Mtn. Ski Area and abuts the White Mountain National Forest.
Your stay includes access to the Village Swim and Tennis Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions. There are great restaurants and pubs as well as many shopping opportunities in the nearby Villages of Lincoln and Woodstock. We are located on the Kancamagus Highway which is a beautiful drive.
Please be aware the Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. Also, pets are not permitted and the home is non-smoking.

We have tried to include everything you would need for your stay except food, personal belongings and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. The condo was well maintained, comfortable & provided awesome views during peak foliage! The property was clean and equipped with all the amenities of home. John, the owner made the reservation process simple and provided us with all the rental information quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate returning and recommending this property to travelers visiting this area.
This Townhome is perfect in every way. It was modern and spacious and impeccably clean. The living room furniture was new and very comfortable. The A/C was a bonus since many places do not have A/C. We were two couples who stayed 8 nights in July and we had more than enough room. With the 3 bedrooms and the couch that opened in the loft area, we were able to have our Dad and our adult children visit a couple of nights. The Townhome was stocked with all the amenities. Really just food and toiletries are all that is needed. We enjoyed the view of Loon Mountain every morning while having coffee on the deck. It's so very peaceful. A short car ride away is the club house and pools which we utilized when there was down time. That is where we saw many families with children. The area is chock full of stuff to do and good restaurants so our days were busy which made coming back to this lovely home at night even nicer. The owner was super and very accommodating. Don't stay at a hotel when you can stay here and truly enjoy a home away from home! Thank you J.P.!!
This was my first experience renting a place through home-away, and I was very impressed with the townhouse, which was fully equipped with all amenities that were needed. The home was in immaculate shape with new carpeting and air conditioning. John, the owner was very easy to work with and responded to any questions that I had in a timely manner.
There were no reviews for this property so we had no idea what to expect when we booked. I am glad to say it's a lovely place, lots of space, very clean and quite central for touring the area. John the owner was very helpful when we contacted him with a couple of queries and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property.
