We invite you to soak up the sun and experience the unforgettable coastline of Sand Key, just south of Clearwater Beach. There is a reason this area is typically voted "Best Place to Watch a Sunset" and staying at the Crescent Beach Club II Unit 8B will give you the opportunity to see for yourself. The kitchen is upscale and well equipped and features granite countertops and crisp white modern appliances. Tucked in the corner is a cozy convenient breakfast bar to enjoy a cup of coffee or keep the cook company and the nifty pass through from the kitchen makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful view while washing the dishes. The open floor plan allows for plenty of seating as the living room sports a comfy sectional couch from which to watch all your favorite television shows after a day at the beach. This condo is highlighted by its balcony which is accessed from both the primary living area as well as the master bedroom where you can spend countless hours gazing at the white sugary sand and pristine emerald water. The master bedroom shows off its coastal blues with welcoming linens, king size bed, flat screen television and the Gulf of Mexico for a backdrop. The luxurious adjoining bathroom features dual sinks with designer cabinetry, countertops and fixtures and a separate walk in shower. The second bedroom houses twin beds and adjoins to the second bath, which is smaller but still detailed with fashionable touches. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer in the condo along with covered parking.

The complex is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in prestigious Sand Key, known for its impeccable beaches, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This gated complex offers amenities comparable to luxury resorts; with an elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, fitness center and indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach, sauna, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms, heated oceanfront pool and spa, tennis courts, 24 hour security and gulf front BBQ grills. This community is ideally located in a traditionally lower key community but within close proximity to the action packed and vibrant Clearwater Beach.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

As Crescent Beach Club has a 14 day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the unit for a minimum term of fourteen(14) consecutive days.

Beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets.

Beautiful two bedroom condo on the Gulf. The beds were so soft. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony and at night listen to the sounds of the gulf. Plenty of room in the condo. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Also the pool was heated and the kids enjoyed swimming at night. We ate breakfast down the street at Sallie Maes. This is a short walk from the condo. It was very good. Will definitely stay here again.
