This studio/1BR apartment has a queen sized bed comfortably sleeps two, a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room sleeps another 2 guests, and an additional sofa chair can become a single bed. Total, up to 5 guests can be comfortably accommodated. For a breath of fresh air, step out onto the rooftop deck and admire the wonderful views! Our decor is inspired by a love for music and culture, adding a bohemian yet understated vibe throughout.

This apartment is conveniently nestled right in the middle of Los Angeles’ top areas and attractions. The LACMA is 10 minutes away on foot, and so is Beverly Hills (including Wilshire Boulevard. West Hollywood and Hollywood are about 10-20 minutes away on foot, and you can easily reach celebrity-spotting locations like the Grove and Pink’s Hot Dogs! The Los Angeles Farmers Market is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute Uber ride away as well.You’ll also be a few steps from the main bus stations and grocery stores, making everything super convenient. There are amazing restaurants in the area, as well as bars, coffee shops, and great shopping on Wilshire Boulevard, which is less than half a block away. In this area, you can have your choice of options at any time of the day.

Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
