2600sq/ft beautifully renovated cooks dream! The perfect family getaway property

This beautifully renovated home has everything you need for a special family getaway to the city of Toronto.

The kitchen is a chefs dream with high end finishes and appliances such as Wolf Gas Range, 10ft stone island & dual temperature wine fridge. It is open concept with the dining room, making this room the hub of the home.

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation, with a large playroom stocked full of toys & books. A large yard with outdoor toys. It is a 5 minute walk to a wonderful park, playground and wading pool.

The living room, which adjoins the playroom, is large and comfortable with a gorgeous marble wood burning fireplace.

There are built in speakers throughout the main floor, as well as a 60in 4K TV with Netflix and cable.

Upstairs are 3 lovely bedrooms. The master is huge with a king bed & large en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is perfect for adults or children. The third bedroom has one double bed and one single trundle bed. The double is situated where there is a slanted ceiling so can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. The single trundle can accommodate 1 adult or 1 child.

There is also a child sized mattress, toddler cot and a travel cot available upon request.

There is a second washroom on the second floor with bathtub and shower, as well as a 2 piece powder room on the main floor.

There is no off street parking but the street has free parking 24/7 - no permit required.

There is a completely separate suite below the main house where we live with our family and sweet dog Penny. We spend much of the summer away traveling.

The property is a 5 minute walk to subway, parks, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is within 20 minutes of the major Toronto attractions.

Great place and great neighbourhood

We where in town for a conference. Loved the house. We worked from the large kitchen.

Neighbourhood is great. Quite. Very authentic. Got our coffee at the Espresso house and craft beer at The One and only bar. Both located 300m from the house. Lots of small local restaurants.

Convenient, beautiful spacious space perfect for families

Perfect place for travel either as a professional or as a family. The children friendly amneities make the stay far superior to any hotel.

The property is located in Greektown, which is a bustling area in the East End of Toronto, home to a long strip of boutique shopping and many bars, restaurants & cafes. It is home to The Taste of The Danforth which is a huge festival that occurs one weekend every year in August.

There are a number of fantastic parks within 10 minutes walk, many of which have splash pads or wading pools in the summer.

There is a free outdoor swimming pool at Monarch park which is a 10 minute walk from the property.

We live only a couple of minutes from the subway, which can take you to all of the must see areas of the City within 10-15 minutes.

We also live 1km from the Beach and swimming. This area also host the Beaches Jazz Festival for 10 days in July.

We are 15 minutes from the Theater district, Entertainment District and some of the best restaurants and bars in the world!
