Beachfront condo with a huge balcony / views. Well furnished and cozy. Sleeps 7 and is centrally located in the downtown OOB, just minutes away from the Amusement park, shops, the Pier and the restaurants. So just park, walk to everything and enjoy the place. Live bands play at the famous Brunswick Bar on 1st floor of the building and on the beach. It comes with one parking space, cable TV, the Internet, zero gravity chairs, cozy furniture and super clean. We get booked quickly so don't wait.

There was a key ready when we arrived. Alex was not there but made it very easy to access the apartment. The condo was super clean and according to my girlfriend super cute! Views of the beach are amazing. The neighborhood is lively with live music downstairs. If you want quiet this place is not it. If your a party person. Go right ahead. Loved it!

You will have full access to the building and the apartment. In addition, we have one parking space. Access to the apartment is via a lockbox located on the door handle of unit #440. We will send you the code before you check in. Please park in the Owner's parking lot which is the last 2 rows in front of the building. We have printed a parking pass and left them for you inside the apartment. Please put it in the car and display it in the windshield. The pass simply reads "Owner #440". When you check out, please don't forget to put the keys back in the lockbox. Lost or replacement keys will have a $25 fee

Good location for those wanting to partake in OOB beach and nightlife

My girlfriends and I are in our mid 30s, and stayed at this property for our annual girls' getaway.

The beach could not be any closer, and there are enough tiny little tourist shops to keep a person busy for a couple of hours without needing to drive anywhere.

The Portland jetport is only about 20 minutes away, and the city of Portland is also easily accessible from this property.

Not the best place to stay if you want to go to bed at a reasonable hour, as the bar is directly below the balcony of the condo. Even with the sliding doors closed, when sleeping in the bedroom, on the other side of the condo, you can still hear the music. However, if you are looking for great night life, there's live music every night, and the bar is always packed! This is definitely the place for that.

Within our group of four, one of the women was more interested in the nightlife than the others, and we were able to divide and conquer, with each doing what she wanted, without having to separate too much. Those of us who stayed upstairs could very literally walk onto the balcony, and take a look at those down in the bar area.

This is definitely a great place for someone who doesn't want to spend the entire time completely relaxing, as there is just so much going on, and there's definitely a "party" atmosphere.

We felt very safe, and the condo is clean, and well enough equipped for our needs. We even utilized the lobster pot one night, and made a delicious meal of fresh steamed lobsters and steamers! There's a great lobster stand that's about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the condo.

We had four women, and the sleeping arrangement was not ideal, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. The condo is exactly as advertised online.

The owner Alex was incredibly helpful, and very patient with us and our questions.

Great Week at OOB!

This place was perfect for our group of four (2 adults, 2 teen boys) and small dog. Great view onto the beach, everything necessary in the unit, good location to pier, and live music everyday just three floors down. Can't wait to return!

Great place on Old Orchard Beach

Perfect location right on the beach. Pictures of the condo were the same as in person. We spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the live band. The music was nice, not too loud.

A hidden gem on the beach!

Alex answered all of my questions and quickly! Check in was easy. Although we didn't do much but sleep and shower in the room everything we could have possibly needed was supplied for our stay. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs which was perfect for a cool rainy day when we didn't want to venture to far. Bands played everynight of our stay and there is an outdoor patio so it can be a bit noisy and we thought we may have to run the fan at night to drown out the sound. But with the balcony doors closed we all slept soundly. Definitely the best views on the beach in that room. This was our first experience with VRBO so I wasn't sure what to expect but the owners of this property do a phenomenal job. We hope to stay again soon.

Wonderful and Amazing

This condo was fantastic. The view from the balcony is spot on, you are right on the beach and can hear the waves while relaxing in the living room. The home was well kept, and very comfy. Don't be thrown off when you arrive at the look of the building (which seems older) and then the elevator (which is definitely an older model). The condo is very nice inside. I was here during the off-season for just a relaxing weekend but if you come here during the summer/busy season, you will be steps to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the amusement park and the pier. There is a bar downstairs which seems very popular and has take out which was great. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay, owner was great and communicated very well. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return over the summer.
