A Delightful and Romantic Flat for Two

Located in a listed Georgian building this gorgeous 50 M2 apartment is the perfect stay for those who are searching both absolute quietness and the best of the London life. It is warm, cosy, very silent and full of atmosphere with its typical british features. As it is south facing and equipped with wide french doors opening onto the garden it is also very bright.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room with an comfortable sofa and an office corner, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. The king size bed (1,80m) can be separated into twins on request upon booking. The garden comes with a table and chairs for 4. There you will enjoy jasmine and collection plants and also the shadow of the mature trees of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in London, Porchester Square.

In addition the flat offers superfast WIRELESS internet access, PRINTER, impressive SAMSUNG 52' LED DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to the most vibrant places of Notting Hill, the famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll to Hyde Park. Close also Little Venice one of the most charming neighbourhoods with its boat restaurants on the canals (10’ walk).

You are also well connected to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

Why Maurice chose Westminster and West End

We love London. We have seen at least 150 flats before buying this one. A lot were terrible although quite expensive.

We fall in love with this one and the privacy that separate rooms offers. We love the quietness of the place which is really unusual in London, a very hectic and noisy city. The garden is fairly big compared to what we have seen.

What makes this apartment unique

Porchester is so ideally located that you can access everywhere very conveniently. Heathrow is at 15 minutes. All sorts of shops and restaurants are available day and nights the all week long, elegant or casual.

Charming Bayswater/Notting Hill Flat

This ground level spacious flat is ideal for a couple. It is wonderfully located in a quite charming neighbourhood... yet all the London sights and attractions are readily accessible by foot, bus or Underground. We found the flat to be immaculate and well equipped. The walk-out to a private garden makes it truly special. Highly recommended.

Great location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was convenient to the airport and to tube stations, so we were able to get all over London quickly. The neighborhood itself has plenty of restaurants, groceries, bakeries and other shopping nearby (easily walkable.) We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace -- a great place to sip wine and reflect on the day!

Excellent rental property, came exactly as represented

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location on a nice & quiet street, bus stops within 2 minute walk, Royal oak tube within 4 minute walk and Bayswater tube within 8 minute walk. A waitrose is within a 4 minute walk, and 5 minutes gets you onto a bustling street with anything you could need available, costa coffee was just 5 minutes away. The flat is in the basement, but has doors leading to a patio, very airy, not musty. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent, you could live in this flat for months.

The property was very clean and well maintained, included all the items you need to cook and live

We had a great introduction to the property and surrounding area from Sarah, we stayed in contact with her from when we arrived at Gatwick until we knocked on the door of the building, couldn't have been treated better, thank you Sarah!!

Within half an hour you can walk to Portabello, or South through Hyde Park to the Royal Albert hall, and onto the museums and Harrods. Ten or 15 minutes to Paddington, felt very safe walking around this area. Lots of great pubs to visit, Hyde park/Kensington were fantastic places to take a picnic to and relax

In summary, we loved this flat, we loved the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would fully recommend this to friends/relatives. The combination of services and attractions within walking distance combined with the tremendous bus/underground links made this flat the perfect holiday location for us!

11 Porchester Square is a freshly remodeled, attractive and spotlessly clean flat!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It is well located for underground travel anywhere in the city, and groceries and small restaurants are a short walk. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and modern but some of the appliances took some getting used to! The television was a challenge until we carefully read and followed the instructions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Perfect little apartment in a prime location

This was a perfect London apartment with ample room and everything we needed for our stay. The garden was an added bonus that we really enjoyed, given our blessedly good weather. The location was absolutely fantastic. We could catch two different train lines, including the circle line, which goes to all the tourist sights, and we could walk to Hyde Park, which we did several times. There is a Waitrose grocery store a few blocks away, as well as a patisserie and every type of food one could need right around the corner. It's a quick cab ride from San Pancras if one is overloaded with bags upon arrival, or it's an easy train ride or even a walk. Modern bathroom. Impeccably clean. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.
