It is warm, cosy, very silent and full of atmosphere with its typical british features. As it is south facing and equipped with wide french doors opening onto the garden it is also very bright.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room with an comfortable sofa and an office corner, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. The king size bed (1,80m) can be separated into twins on request upon booking. The garden comes with a table and chairs for 4. There you will enjoy jasmine and collection plants and also the shadow of the mature trees of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in London, Porchester Square.

In addition the flat offers superfast WIRELESS internet access, PRINTER, impressive SAMSUNG 52' LED DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to the most vibrant places of Notting Hill, the famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll to Hyde Park. Close also Little Venice one of the most charming neighbourhoods with its boat restaurants on the canals (10’ walk).

Why Maurice chose Westminster and West End

We love London. We have seen at least 150 flats before buying this one. A lot were terrible although quite expensive.

We fall in love with this one and the privacy that separate rooms offers. We love the quietness of the place which is really unusual in London, a very hectic and noisy city. The garden is fairly big compared to what we have seen.

What makes this apartment unique

Porchester is so ideally located that you can access everywhere very conveniently. Heathrow is at 15 minutes. All sorts of shops and restaurants are available day and nights the all week long, elegant or casual.

Lovely stay in Porchester Square

Thank you for use of your cozy but spacious apartment. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The king bed is very comfortable, which was a hard find through our many searches. The wifi worked wonderfully and the outside courtyard was a plus. The area of town was perfect for us. It was quiet and yet minutes away from busy shopping areas. The Waitrose grocery is right around the corner as well as wonderful restaurants. The Italian restaurant Guste Remo was our favorite. We had everything we needed and close to tube stations to get anywhere we wanted. We felt we were part of the local community rather that just tourists. The neighborhood people were so very nice and proper. The Porchester park right behind the flat is beautiful. We were extremely comfortable and would highly recommend this flat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown London - only a 20 minute tube ride away. On the first day, we took a wonderful walk through Hyde Park passing Buckingham Palace, down to big Ben and hopping a water bus to the Tower of London. It was a long walk (3 hours), but we took our time and many pictures of the beautiful surroundings. We found that the tube stations were very convenient and easy to use. The Bayswater station off of Queensway was the best station to get to and from the apartment to Victoria Station and Westminster. It is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Arriving London, we took the Heathrow Express to Paddington and Paddington to Royal Oak which was less then a 10 minute walk to the apartment.

We recommend that if you are walking through the parks keep coins in your pocket for the WC or loo. The public restrooms are 20 -30 pence for the use. Also, if you are planning tours out of Victoria station, plan a 20-minute walk from the Victoria tube station.

lovely little apartment

The apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area has a grocery store down the block and multiple little "bodega" type shops. The neighborhood is middle class. It is not touristy at all (so this was a plus for us). Would definitely recommend for visitors who want a private spot out of the way of mobs of people.

lovely apartment

We enjoyed the stay at boutique gardens! The apartment is very clean and quiet and has been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, the location is perfect close to lot's of good restaurants. We would stay here again!

Charming and well located apartment!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 nights just before Christmas 2016. It is very well-maintained, comfortable, quiet and clean. Convenient access to the London subway is just a 5-10 minute walk away. A very short trip to and from Heathrow from Paddington station which is a short drive away or even walking distance depending on how much luggage you have. There is a large grocery store and some very good restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Guste Remo, an Italian restaurant just a few blocks away with very good food and great service. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring London.

Beautiful flat in charming Notting Hill

Maurice - We loved our stay at Boutique Gardens! The flat is lovely and was very clean. Suwanna and Jonathan were very helpful with advice about navigating London.
