Pristine with a Taste of Spartan Luxury

This is the most gorgeous, clean, and tastefully decorated rental where we have ever had the pleasure to stay. We have stayed in rentals in America, Canada, and Europe. The rental has top of the line appliances and all the cooking utensils necessary for a comfortable cooking experience. The space has an open and airy feel due to an intelligent use of the floor plan and decor choices (light and natural colors and modern furniture). The location is perfect, in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The laundry facility is convenient. When we were locked out of the apartment when the lock was malfunctioning, Chris helped within minutes! Our family was very happy here and we would definitely come back and recommend this without hesitation.

Best Location and View in Portland

This is the best location in Portland. It's elevator dropped us off right onto Congress St in Portland. Use the alley behind the building to wait for someone to run up to the room to get the parking key. The beds are wonderful, the space is new and clean, and the parking is close by. I think I might have used less glass in the master bath and the sinks in both bathrooms while exquisitely designed are pretty useless as sinks or countertop. But all in all, a great Portland retreat.

Clean, modern, and great views

It's a great apartment! Location couldn't be better in Portland. Newly renovated with high quality design and finishes. We stayed a week with our 2 boys (4 yrs and 2 yrs) and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality, most importantly the entire apartment was spotless. Very clean. All the cooking tools you need. Great stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Portland at It's Finest!

The Old Port Penthouse is a great place to stay. The property is well located with great restaurants and lots to see and do within walking distance. The views are fantastic. It can be a little noisy at night but if you enjoy music, people watching and night life, it's a great place to be. The property is well maintained and has just about anything you would need. I would definitely stay here again.
