Great place, great location!

This was the perfect location for getting around Portland by foot. The suite was very cool, just like in the pictures. It was also very clean. It worked well for our friends and us, and, on the last evening, we invited our son and his fiancee over (they live in Portland) for Otto pizza and games... the dining room table expanded to seat the six of us. Even though pretty much anything you'd need is supplied, we didn't actually cook anything (and miss Portland's amazing restaurants?!). We'd certainly go back (with another couple, to share the cost).

The owners kept in touch and this is a perfect location for exploring Portland. So much to see all in walking distance. Very unique property, loved the views and the outside roof top deck. Highly recommend and a reasonable rate. Very clean and well equipped.

This is our fourth year staying at this waterfront apt. We love the bright sunlight, clean spacious rooms, and the wonderful location. We never need to use our car when we go-- everything you need is in walking distance including amazing restaurants. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
