About the property

Decorated and finished to a high standard. Luxury; sheets, duvet, topper + mattress, rain shower, microwave+grill+oven, sofa bed and dimmer lights.

The Apartment has been decorated with premium, artisan and custom made interiors picked out by us from local and European designers to create a light and wholly comfortable and relaxing environment.

The apartment consist of 4 rooms with a partition wall to separate bedroom and living room. A balcony and a bathroom.

The bedroom is utterly comfortable.

The bed is made with 100% luxury cotton sheets, a premium; mattress topper and 12 tog duvet for maximum fluffiness all the way from the U.K.. Custom hand made linen+cotton mix black out curtains allow resting into the late hours of the morning for those inclined to do so.

Because our apartment is located within the pool courtyard it is shielded from the road on the other side of the building, so nothing should impede a long delicious sleep or relaxation, as there is no traffic noise.

Sitting room contains a new double sized sofa bed, glass coffee table and HD TV. It is a great place to snuggle up and watch a movie and relax in the comfort of the air-conditioning. Fan is also provided.

Local terrestrial T.V. is connected up already. There is also a DVD player and HDMI to HDMI cable there for those who want to hook up their laptop to the TV. There are also some books and boarding game If you need some quiet time.

Kitchen is compact but light and fully equipped.

Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. For those who want to cook; a combination microwave, oven and grill and two electric hobs are also available. Pans, plates, glasses and cutlery are in the cupboards.

Bathroom is compact but functional and clean with high end fittings. Shower heads including a rain shower and there is even a stainless steel douche all the way from the engineering heartlands of Germany.

Luxurious 100% cotton towels provided.

The balcony has a small breakfast table and chairs perfect for a coffee and some breakfast.

Living room, bedroom and kitchen all have dimmer lights so mood lighting is easy.

Private hi speed WiFi in apartment.

It is also possible to pick up the shared property WiFi from the Bedroom and shared areas including the pool.

The beautiful 80m swimming pool available throughout the day from 7am until 10pm. Garden and various shared tranquil rooms and area's available for use throughout the property.

We will show you all the facilities when you arrive.

Guest Access

Access room through security at main gate security key card at door to rooms and then keys to the apartment, all will be provided when guests arrive.

Access between hours of 7am and 10pm to gym, swimming pool, common garden and other shared areas. 1 car parking space available for the room as well as space for motorbike parking.

Interaction with Guests

One of our experienced hospitality team members will be on hand just a phone call or email away if anything is needed. All are fluent in Thai and English. If another language is required that is fine too just email and we will do our very best to accommodate this and get back to you as swiftly as possible. Laundry, Vehicle rental, trips, excursions, local translating for business or anything else. Just let us know and we will endeavour to make it happen.

The Neighborhood

Located right between GMS Duty Free (3 minuites walk), Central Phuket town (5 minutes) and Patong (10 minutes) there is plenty to do. Our Local guide and recommendations will be provided after booking has finalised.

Getting Around

Renting a vehicle is recommended but not essential as Phuket island is sizeable and there is so much see and do. Taxis and local transport also available. Details are provided in our guide book.

Airport pick up can be arranged as can vehicle rental just inquire with booking and we will get back to you with the information.

Other Things to Note

Airport transfer, Vehicle rental, extra housekeeping are available on arrival if requested and at extra cost.

Laundry Machine is available on the second floor of the building.

Table and chairs can be folded away if required and there is space to hang the washing on wall mounted rail or standing clothes rail provided.

4 Sets of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, ect.

Water in Thailand cannot be consumed directly out of the tap without being filtered first.

Bin room is located on the same floor (6th) be hide the door

House Rules

Kitchen, balcony and bedroom all have sliding doors and can be kept shut off from one another. When using air conditioning unit it is recommended that doors to rooms not in use are kept closed, to conserve energy. Whilst we will normally pay for all bills in their entirety, the total electricity and water included. We reserve the right to charge for extraordinary excessive use and so our policy is to limit our payment on electricity and water to Ten thousand BAHT per month (10000bpm) or Three hundred and sixty BAHT (360bpd) per day. Whilst this should in no way affect your stay in anyway. We will not be liable for improper use. "example of improper use; taps left on and windows open with air con on for majority of stay"

Whilst the above scenario is extremely unlikely. We still encourage our customers to be mindful of the environment, turning the air conditioning off when leaving the flat is a great way to save energy.

Finally, if any of the items provided such as towels, kitchen utensils or other valuables provide when checked in are not present on check out, you will be charged the price of a replacement of the same calibre.

Similarly if any damage to contents from improper use occur you will also be charged.

Excellent condo style apartment with all the amenities needed and more. Located in a quiet area or town with access to pool, gym and many local restaurants and stores. Only a short drive to Patong and Phuket old town. Highly recommended for a couple. Excellent hosts! Thanks for making out Christmas and New Years holiday such a great one!

Sawasdee everyone! my name is Cookie, I am from Bangkok, Thailand and my partner, Charles is from the UK. We are happy, lively and fun loving couple.

We have been both been living in Thailand (Bangkok & Phuket) and England for the last over seven years and travelling in between and have decided to get our first apartment in Phuket. So while we are away on our adventures, our flat is yours.

I used to work in hospitality for several of the top 5 star resorts on Phuket island and have some of my old work team looking after our apartment and guests whilst we are away. So you can be assured you will get look after.
