Located on beautiful Anna Maria Island, La Plage 10 is one of only six units on the Island that have a full front beach view and a beach facing pool. Experience a luxurious beach vacation with over 2300 hundred square feet of gorgeous living space and an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, beach and the gorgeous Florida Gulf sunset.

Relax by the heated pool while enjoying the view and sounds of the gulf or enjoy the large heated spa adjacent to the pool. Lounge chairs and tables are provided along with a pergola with a dining table.

When you are ready for the beach just grab your towel and exit the pool area with your private code and you are on the soft white sand of Anna Maria Island. With no large hotels on the Island, the beach is quiet and rarely has any crowds – perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Enjoy the gentle waves of the Gulf and treat yourself to a gorgeous sunset every night.

When it is time to come inside, simply step back into the pool area and head up to the stairs to your private balcony. The balcony, pool, beach, and your car are all steps away from each other – the ultimate in convenience.

Inside you will find a premium space finished with leather furniture, granite and travertine countertops, a beautiful modern kitchen and fine art throughout. The master suite has large walk-in closet, a marble rain shower, and Sealy king bed overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom is also laid out in master suite fashion with a private full bath and king bed. The third bedroom has a TV for the kids with DVD, xBox and NetFlix. This bedroom has a couch, a queen bed, and a half-bath shared with the main living area. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen LED LCD HDTV from LG with HBO, Netflix and AppleTV (bring your AppleID and password to buy movies). High speed internet is available through WIFI.

We are private owners and this our second home. We have put a lot of thought and care into making sure La Page 10 has everything our guests will need to enjoy a fantastic vacation on the truly spectacular Anna Maria Island beach. We have a strict maintenance schedule that ensures everything is in top condition. The amenities and electronics are up to date – even leading edge with digital doors locks, Apple TV, Netflix – going well beyond just WIFI. We also care about making sure everything is new, fresh and clean. The air and water filters are changed regularly, linens are fresh, towels are new, and you have your own private laundry room for total convenience.

Great condo on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. David responded very quickly to all questions we had while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay!

Gorgeous view

The unit was extremely clean and very cozy. The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the weather was very windy for 3 days making it difficult to use the beach. I was somewhat disappointed in Anna Maria (the town). I expected more small shops and restaurants. But if you are visiting for the beach and the rest, this unit is perfect.

Owners are no Rookies

This large 3 bedroom will exceed all your expectations. None of the usual not enough towels, cookware or supplies. Surprises were beach towels and sand toys for the grands! The view is spectacular, overall property well maintained and in particular this unit is fresh and not warn down. Book with excitement that will not be disappointed!

Right on the beach!

We spent 2 weeks at La Plage (January 13-27) and enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean, the beds, sofas and balcony lounge chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen included all the cookware necessary to prepare meals. We had breakfast almost every morning and admired the sunsets on the large balcony. The swimming pool was very warm. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and visits to the local restaurants. We have stayed several times on Anna Maria and this is our favorite condo. We hope to be able to stay at La Plage again!

We chose Anna Maria Island for our dream home location because of the quiet, clean, gorgeous beaches and the distinct 'Old Key West' feel this Island evokes. It has many charming and eclectic shops and restaurants, a gorgeous pier and antique district. The people are warm and friendly and there are no large commercial hotels or buildings of any kind. Separated from the main land by a draw bridge, Anna Maria Island is just minutes from everything but truly a world away.

What makes this property unique

It is not exaggerating to say that La Plage is the premier location on Anna Maria Island and La Plage 10 takes it to an even higher level with the personal attention to detail and full modern amenities.
