Everything was good until the night before, we had to evacuate the building around midnight due to a small fire on floor 17th, didn't make it back to the apartment til 1:30 in the morning, we understood it was an emergency but the staff was not prepare ton deal with an emergency of this nature I went back and forth from floor to floor, one said exit the hotel another team said you can go back up, so finally went downstairs 33 floor and back on stairs after an hr.

Everything else was good except for this scary moment.

1) CHECK-IN TIME/AFTER 3pm EST on day of arrival. CHECK-OUT TIME/BEFORE 11am EST on day of departure. Early Check-in or late check-out may be arranged with PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL from BVHR, LLC.
2) SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING home. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. In the event that smoking inside the unit occurs a $250.00 fee will be charged to the credit card provided by the renter.
3) SECURITY DEPOSIT – The renter must provide a Credit Card to be kept on file in case of damages to the property.
4) CANCELLATIONS POLICY –Penalties for cancellations are as follows: Full deposit, less a $150 administration fee, returned if cancelled less than 120 days but more than 60 days prior to stay. Full deposit lost if cancelled less than 60 days prior to stay. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. BVHR, LLC will work with tenants on date changes if property is available at the desired dates you would like to change your stay to predicated on that change occurring no less than 60 days prior to the original dates of stay.
5) RATE CHANGES – Rates are secured as outlined in this agreement but are subject to change without notice on all future rentals.
6) PARKING – One valet parking spot in the building allotted for this unit. All guests staying 7 nights or longer will not be required to pay for parking. Any guest stay less than 7 nights will be responsible for the cost associated with parking. All guests that have a car during their stay MUST register the car, upon arrival, at the parking office on site. The car registration OR car rental agreement MUST be in the name of the guest registered in the unit.
7) GUEST AMENITY CARDS - This unit comes with up to four (4) guest amenity cards. These cards are needed whenever a guest is using any of the amenities at the resort. In the event that a guest loses any of these amenity cards, a replacement fee of $50 per card will be assessed to the credit card on file provided by the guest.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
