Our home comfortably accommodates 06 people, and is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
It offers 03 bedrooms, one suite, 02 bathrooms, 01 half bath, kitchen, dining and living room, and a private pool.

The Guest and accompanies are responsible to protect all codes and passwords provided by the homeowner to allow access to the Resort and rental property. 9. Parking: Parking is free and available in a first come first serve basis in front of the home. 10. The Guest is responsible to take all trash to the garbage containers located at: - Corner of Yellow Lantana Lane with Secret Lake Drive (nearby the Club House) - End of White Orchid Rd where there is also a recycling container 11. All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 12. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest, in which case we will refund: - Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; - Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and - Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Quiet, family friendly location with all the comforts of home. Very clean and well taken care of.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property and hope to stay here again. My son loved the splash pool and wanted to swim every morning. The beds were comfortable. I also appreciate having an alarm for safety of my family. Close to Disney on a main street. We enjoyed our stay. The property was well taken of and owner was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Perfect House!

This house was perfect! First impression when we walked into this house was WOW!! This place was super clean, which was our #1 priority. Also the place had a great layout, nice furniture, nice kitchen, nice bedrooms, nice bathroom, etc...This house had everything we needed for the week. We have a young child and we felt very comfortable here; like we were at are own house, but with way better weather! The common grounds were nice as well with a nice pool and playground for the kids. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The owner is very personable, organized and answers questions very quickly via email or text. The location of the property is very nice as well. 1.5 miles from shopping, supermarkets and 10 mins from Disney attractions. Highly recommend this house!

An Awesome Time

This property was everything as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Sometimes pictures don't tell the whole story, but this told the story plus some. We really enjoyed the private splash pool. If we didn't want to go to the two beautiful heated pools on the property, we could take a dip without leaving the home. Having a washer and dryer in the home was a plus for sure. We loved the walk in shower. The resort was beautiful all around. I loved walking around the pond on my daily walk. The owner, Marcio, was the nicest person. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions. He was very concerned that our visit was a pleasant one, which it was. We would definitely recommend this property. It was in the perfect location. It was very close to Disney, the airport and lots of restaurants. If you like shopping, there were your everyday stores, ie Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Kohls and many more. There are also some outlets. You will love it here. We spent a month here and will do it again.

Excellent home, perfect holiday

House very good, in perfect condition. Owner very helpful and honest. Excellent location, near to parks, shops, markets and restaurants. safe and beautiful place. Our vacation was Wonderful. We recommend to everyone.
