The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 8 unit building. The apartment has recently been updated with new hardwood floors, appliances, and furniture. The bedroom has a queen-sized, memory foam bed for amazing comfort. The space is very quiet, safe, clean, bright, and convenient.

Covered parking space is included. Laundry room is available in the back of the building.

great 1 month stay

it was my first time to book using VRBO to accommodate a colleague from overseas who will be staying here for a month. We wanted to give our guest a homey feel that is close to restaurants and close to work. Owner was easy to talk to and all the reservation went smoothly. I even requested for a visit a day before our guest arrived to personally check the place and leave some work-related materials. Place was very convenient and parking was provided.. instructions were clear and the house was neat and it was how it looked like in the photos. Would recommend this place. the refund came back a week exactly our check out! thank you!!!!
