Coming back after a day at a theme park will be a welcome retreat as you relax in the pool and spa! Unwind in this setting which provides upgraded amenities and superior standards in cleanliness. Our Avengers-themed game room will wow the kids and adults alike. With 2 Masters and 2 further bedrooms with 2 twins each, this house is perfect for extended families on a special vacation! The design of the house provides plenty of privacy for each guest, and the open floor plan in the main area gives plenty of space to share in family-friendly activities. Our large covered outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, and the pool is always a big hit!

Family holiday

We had an amazing stay at this property, everything was perfect from start to finish. It was like a home away from home with everything that you could possibly need at your fingertips, the little extras such as bin bags, wipes, washing powder and such where fantastic. We had 4 children with us ranging 3 to 12 and even they where catered for with games and such. It really was a beautiful villa and we had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be back at some stage in the future. The neighbourhood itself was lovely and a lot of the homes all decorated for Halloween was great to see

First time booking with VRBO and it won't be the last, great villa, great location, excellent communication with the owner when covid hit for us to re arrange. Would defo recommend

We had a lovely stay at Orange Tree although it was quite a long drive to the Universal parks.

The villa was a good size for six adults, if there were anymore in the party they wouldn't have been able to eat together. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a BBQ, we had been looking forward to eating outside in the sunshine. Some of the outside furniture wasn't very comfortable, some new cushions might help this. The master bedroom and bathroom were lovely and spacious, the bed was especially comfy. The house did seem very dark though even with the blinds open you still needed lights on. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, the best thing was the Tupperware pots with lids for storage and I would have liked some more instructions for the cooker, these are very different to UK ones so quite hard to fathom out. The location of the property made it about an hours drive to the Universal parks with the busy traffic but it was well sited for Disney.

clermont stay

The owner was lovely and very helpful. We loved the property and its location.It was very well equipped for a family of four to enjoy a home from home stay. However the bed linens in the master suite were well worn and uncomfortable The mattress cover was torn which made everything ride up in the night . The towels were very old and did not smell fresh. The pool was not inviting it needed an acid wash and the pool cover was torn. Plastic plants did not add to the ambience. This house paint and decor is very dated The lockbox was old and difficult to open but it was fixed immediately we reported it. We did enjoy our stay and enjoyed time away from the parks. A nice quiet neighborhood. Good shopping nearby with a very close publix was a bonus.
