This Is Remodeled One Bedroom, One Bath Condo In Pristine Condition.

We are offering a one bedroom, one bath ground floor condo for your vacation pleasure. We are directly across from Residence Beach. The unit has gone a complete makeover in 2015 and is in pristine condition.

Everything in the condo is new from the furniture to all the small appliances. We have added a Keurig coffee maker and crocker pot for our guests to use.

The bedroom has a queen bed.

The family room has a 50" TV along with a new DVD player.

There is a screened in lanai in a beautiful tree setting where you can relax and enjoy your favorite wine in a very peaceful setting. New Lanai completely replaced in 2017.

The pool is minutes away and is 7' at it's deepest end.

Enjoy the beautiful Marco island sunsets from the front of the unit.

WIRELESS WI-FI INCLUDED! We do accept PAYPAL as a form of pmt. with a 3% up charge!

It was beyond my expectations by a long shot

this apartment was perfect for myself. It was clean, well decorated, and the décor made me think I was on vacation even though I was sitting at a computer working for 8 to 10 hours a day. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner checked in periodically to make sure all was going well. I could not have asked for more. The bed was even better than my termperpedic mattress at home. I slept so well on it. I did not see much of the scenery as a sightseer, and never went to the beach, but it was real close, the folks around me that I saw were very friendly, the office staff was helpful., and I have no complaints at all. I would stay here many many times in the future if the need arose. There is nothing bad to say, nothing was wrong about the unit, and it was just what I needed.

Owner's Response: Oh please... you lied to us as to how this person lived. The contract stated only one person and that was not honored. We have never had our condo left in such a mess the entire time of owning. I'll send you pics. of the mess. I only called in response to your person harassing the management co. and our home watch people. To other owners BEWARE of renting to this group.

Island Manor C3

The condo was great, even better than the pictures. The owner was very nice and was very easy to reach on the phone & the deposit was promptly returned after the stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Living room was spacious with comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed sitting on the Lani in the morning & evening. The pool was always warm and residents beach is a short walk away. We enjoyed several days trips to the everglades and naples. The people at Island Manor are friendly and there were several planned activities. The sunset Pirate cruise was fun. We are

Definitely planning on staying here again. The only problem with Marco Island is the time passes way to fast.

Wonderful location for enjoying Florida Sunshine

We spent the month of January in this lovely condo located on Collier Blvd across from the Florida Gulf. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants etc. It was an extremely clean, well serviced condo with wonderful bedsheets, pillows, towels etc. for our stay. The pool was very nice and well heated with chairs and umbrellas. The owners could not have been more gracious and helpful and we look forward to returning next year.

Could not ask for more

Fantastic little 1/1 walking distance to the beach. Ground floor so no lugging stuff up/down stairs. Quiet building with friendly people. Noise from the street was not an issue for me, and I consider myself a light sleeper. Between the A/C running and the strict Marco Island Police keeping speeding and any noise in check, it was not a problem. Indoor laundry facility very conveniently located (less than a minute walk) with multiple coin-operated washer/dryers (never an issue waiting to use). Clean pool and patio area, though I only visited this once since the beach is right there. Good a/c. Good wi-fi. Comfortable bed. Very comfortable new recliner the owners just put in before I got there. Kitchen functioned fine, many a meal was cooked during my stay without issue. And to top it all off, the owners are good people; very nice and easy to communicate with if anything ever comes up. I would definitely stay here again.

Delightful for 2! Quiet, nice decor, good location

This condo served my 90 yo father well. I spent first few days w/ him to help before returning to work. Perfect for 2 people. No stairs so good for elderly! Decor pleasing, clean and uncluttered. Someone else might want more high end but we didn't need that! Nice screened in porch w/ lovely view of lighted rubber tree. I had to walk thru BR to use bathroom, but not a problem. Laundry facilities are outside and this was a surprise ; maybe we missed this in the lease?? . Even though condo is on front of complex near busy road, no noise inside. Kitchen is satisfactory, and I understand getting a makeover this summer. Short walk to pool/clubhouse. The lockbox was impossible to get the key back inside/reessemble. Helpful manager on site. Owners exceptionally kind/helpful! Close to Marriott's outside bar Quinn's! and across the street is the Owners Beach. Easy to get to Tiger Tail Beach! The Methodist Church pays for the cab for parishioners to go to/from church when they don't drive. I would recommend this condo if you do not want ocean view high rise.

Owner's Response: Thanks Heather..... Just want to clear the Laundry room. It is not outside, but in a building right next to ours. None of the units have in room laundry . I am sorry about the lockbox issue but there is no other way to store and extra set of keys. It is helpful in not getting locked out. Regards, Gerry
