We are empty nesters who love the sun and the Gulf. My wife is from N. Ft. Myers. Both of our children were born in Ft. Myers, and we have family in the area. We love the beach, golf and enjoyed our years in S. Florida

This is our second property in the same building. We absolutely love El Rio Golf Course and the Greenwood Condominium Association. Wonderful neighbors, beautiful views of golf course on the 9th Fairway,the condo is very spacious and features southern exposure. A short walk to and from club house. Nature path across the street. A mile from the beautiful downtown river walk area with great restaurants, marina, etc.
Our condo is on the ground floor and backs up to the 9th Fairway of the El Rio Golf Course.There is a grocery store (Publix) and a CVS across the street,and is close to restaurants, and some of the best shopping in S. Florida. It seems that everything you need for a wonderful vacation is only 5 minutes away. In addition there is a community pool and lighted tennis courts 1/2 mile away,a walking path is across the street around Moody River Estates. Amazing weather all year long.
