Located half-way between Daytona and St. Augustine, you can be at the beach in a few minutes or stay in our quiet neighborhood enjoying the outdoor heated pool or indoor game room with pool table and foosball. We're also close to biking trails and lots of great restaurants, shopping, and water sports. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, each member of your party has the privacy they deserve while on vacation. Superb Villa

We loved our stay here. This was a very well furnished villa that felt like home. It was more spacious than we had expected and had everything you could possibly need. The entire villa was spotless and clearly very well looked after by the owners. The villa was ideal for a family with lots of space to chill. It was great to have a separate games room which was not within the garage and great for families to chill out. The pool area looked out onto the beautiful gardens and golf course. Lovely location - nice and peaceful yet only 10 minutes to the beach with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Well worth a day trip up to St Augustine. If flying into Orlando area, definitely worth travelling the few miles extra to find this gem. We look forward to returning here in the future.

Awesome place

House was set up beautifully nice and big and spacious. Screened in pool with back. Sitting area was nice would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great house and location.

This home made an incredible first impression. It is extremely spacious, beautiful floor plan, beautiful pool (heated) and lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry room. It was really nice having the use of the garage for our car and golf equipment. The location is really convenient for shopping, dining, beaches and sight seeing. Our host was very easy to communicate with - we had one very minor issue which she dealt with promptly. We cannot reccomend this home highly enough.

Friends Getaway

The house was beautiful and perfectly laid out for our group. The TV wasn't working the first day but Janice was very attentive in getting it fixed the next day. We've stayed in several VRBO homes and this one had more kitchen supplies, pool towels, etc than most. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We built this home in 2005 on land purchased by our father in 1968, as a legacy to him and for the enjoyment of our extended family. We've since moved to another home in Cypress Knoll, but are maintaining this home for friends and family to visit. When they're not here, we want others to have the joy of a Florida golf vacation like Dad always wanted.

Why they chose this property

Dad bought the land sight unseen with the promise of a golf course bordering the property some day... While he never saw his dream realized, you can now enjoy views of the 8th green and golfers sinking their putts.
