About the apartment:

This 60 square meters London vacation rental is located on the third floor of a private and secure residential building without an elevator. It has been recently refurbished and features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The cosy living area features a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep a 5th guest if required. There is a flat screen television with cable channels as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat. You will also find a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many Charlotte Street restaurants.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

There are two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are available for the sofa bed. The apartment has 1 en-suite modern bathroom to the Master bedroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. There is a second bathroom accessible from the hallway that is similarly equipped. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

Acceptable Flat

We just finished a week long stay in London and were a little surprised by the size of the flat. The pictures on HomeAway made the flat look much more spacious than it actually is. The living room was quite small, especially if you are using the couch as a pull out bed. Everything was very clean (minus the cheerios under the pull out bed) and the bathrooms, although very small, were quite nice. One major bummer for me was not having any electrical outlets in the bathrooms, which made blow drying hair, quite difficult. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the kitchen and we found the appliances in great condition.

One more thing that should be mentioned... I'm sure it was listed, but I didn't remember that the flat is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The staircase is incredibly narrow, so getting anything larger than a carry-on up those flights of stairs would be difficult.

We loved the neighborhood this flat was located in. We walked over to Goodge Street and Charlotte Street most nights for dinner. There was also a grocery store a block away, which was quite convenient. And Black Sheep coffee was the best!

It is not uncommon for buildings in central London to be without a lift, but we are always happy to assist our guests with their luggage if necessary. We are sorry if you felt the flat seemed more spacious in the photos, as the photos were done by a professional photographer recommended to us by Homeaway. Unfortunately the flat was remodeled recently but the way the electrical system is set up, it was not possible to add outlets to the bathroom. We hope it was not too much of an inconvenience to you. We do hope you will be in touch for your next trip to London as we have many flats to offer and there is surely one which meets your expectations in terms of location, size and amenities. Il est à seulement quelques minutes à pied de Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, the National Gallery, plusieurs parcs (dont Regents et Saint James). L'appartement est dans un immeuble calme mais un quartier vivant avec plein de restaurants.

The apartment is better than the photos, a real jewel! The location is ideal for visiting London, shopping or going to the theatre. It is only a few minutes by foot to Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, the National Gallery, a few parks ( like Regents and Saint James). The flat is in a calm building but a lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants.

Stayed at Paul's place with 3 friends to visit London and don't think we could have found a better place for our group. Paul is a professional property manager, his assistant, Stefan a great host/check-in person. He told us some great, local places to go to eat and drink at night. The flat is perfect and in an amazing location. Really nice to have 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We felt comfortable the time we arrived and were so impressed with the care, cleanliness and area. Would highly recommend this.

Great Area

As a neighborhood, Soho-Fritzrovia was very lovely and perfectly situated. We enjoyed evening meals in local pubs, to dine on fish n chips and special pies. There's some good shopping in the vicinity. The flat is as presented in the photos, the listing description is accurate and all amenities provided. Well cleaned and properly maintained. This space is well suited for 2 couples as each gets its own bathroom and bedroom. Will recommend Paul's services to family and friends back home.

A Nice Way to Stay in London!

A nice way to stay in London! We loved the place and especially the location. There's a grocery store just across the way (this is very important and a huge plus!) so you can stock up on groceries and make use of the kitchen. Otherwise there's tons of restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. The place is spacious enough for 5, with simple, modern furnishings. No complaints with the wifi connection - this is the most important thing with any accommodation these days. Handing over of keys and communication between me Paul's assistant was very professional, we were impressed. Hoping to stay here again for a future trip.
