As close as you can be to the beach without paying to be on the beach!

Spacious 2BD/2BR unit located on the more desirable south end of the island. Unit includes all of the amenities you will need during your visit, high quality furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, upgraded appliances, wifi and modern entertainment technology. You will also find towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a rolling cooler, sporting goods, toys and games to take with you to enjoy at the beach! There is tennis equipment to use at the on-site tennis court as well. We also have a selection of DVDs, ChromeCast, Netflix and other streaming entertainment setup on the TV for you to enjoy while relaxing in the evenings.

Why Greg chose Marco Island

This property really is as close as you can get to the beach without being on the beach. There is so much to do within walking distance that you can go the whole stay without a car if desired. Marco Island offers the quaint island feel with the conveniences of all other Florida beaches. Would stay all the time if I could!

Great location- Quiet, relaxing mini vacation!

We stayed at this property over the fourth of July weekend. What a great place! It is a small condo community which was nice. Really quiet which is what we were looking for. The apartment is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great location. The apartment is actually across the street from the beach, but you have to walk about 1/2 block to get to the entrance were you can enter the beach. We had a few hiccups with our stay, but Greg (the owner), was really responsive in getting the situation handled. Like anything in life, nothing is perfect. We love to come to this area every summer to get away from the craziness of the city. I would definitely recommend this place. My only complaint is I was not able to stay longer due to my schedule. :-)

Beautiful Marco Island Getaway

We stayed at this condo over the New Year holiday and had an absolute blast! A cute, large, light and bright space perfect for our 7-day stay. The unit is very clean and of good size. We never felt cramped or on top of each other and the unit has more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning before we made our 4 minute (yes 4 minute) walk to the beach! The condo was conveniently located to everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Marco. Lots of cute restaurants and lunch spots within walking distance so we never had to get into the car! Try stilts for lunch or happy hour! It's right off the beach access at the Marriot hotel across the street. These condominiums also had a grilling area and a great pool set up which was fun when we needed a break from the beach! 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back next year!

Fabulous Location and Amenities

Overall this condo has one of the best locations for the picturesque Marco Island. While it is not directly on the beach you are a one street and a short 3-4 minute walk away. Additionally this allows for more peace and quiet as you get to avoid the constant beach crowd that comes and goes. On the inside the unit provides everything you need, a guest room and a master suite, along with laundry and as a bonus you get an enclosed patio to watch the sunset. The complex also includes a pool, hot tub, grill, and a fire pit! For entertainment and dining purposes the condo is situated perfectly as you can walk 5 minutes up Collier Blvd and find a cluster of bars, restaurants, and at night time dancing clubs. All in all this is one of the best vacation spots I have stayed at during my trips to Florida, from a convenience and comfort standpoint this condo is the best in town!
