WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT IT
Enjoy a private roman palace located right on Piazza Navona. Outside austere, inside elegant and comfortable. This is a family-owned palazzo from 1550 with facades just renovated. Here you are at the center of the center; wherever you are, you'll enjoy a short walk back home to enjoy the quiet and comfort, to find it dry and cool during summer and warm and welcoming in winter. When there is bustle outside, you will be surprised how quiet it is inside thanks to specially fitted windows in the living room and bedroom. Relax watching TV in your language in every room, or listen to the radio while organizing your activities. Prepare your dinner at home, or enjoy traditional roman food in the nearby restaurants, in the apartment you will find plenty of suggestions.

Crown Orsetto is perfect as a relatively small yet elegant and comfortable apartment for a stay in Rome.
At CrownOrsetto you enjoy the grandness, luxury and comfort of a historic palace, together with all modern comforts, with a manageable size and budget. Plus a very personal touch, friendliness, and security.
Once again my husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment. The location is the very best in Rome. A delightful neighborhood where you can walk to everything. Hundreds of wonderful restaurants all around, grocery stores, bakeries and gelato shops. The apt. is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. We spent 5 weeks there this time and look forward to returning again.
Location is fantastic with taxi station and market right at the corner. Place was large and clean. The owners were responsive and whole process easy. Would rent here again!
This was a wonderful apartment that was a perfect place to stay for my husband and 19-year old son. It is right in the heart of Piazza Navona, and within walking distance to everything. It was really cool to enter into the beautiful foyer of the apartment building. Everything had a rustic charm. We highly recommend Crown Orsetto.
We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. The location can not be beaten. The kitchen is not a cook's kitchen, but we managed to make some wonderful meals after walking to the farmer's market at the Camp Fiori just a few minutes away. Would stay here again in a heart beat....
Our stay at Crown Orsetto was an absolute treat. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was much nicer than the photographs show and everything went off without a hitch. This was our first time renting through Homeaway/VRBO and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. The apartment was cool and quiet, despite being on the Piazza. Everything was clean and orderly. It certainly gives you the feeling of being a local. In fact, I was mistaken for one several times as I exited the building! From now on, no more hotel stays for us when staying in Rome. Just a couple of recommendations....we attended a beautiful Baroque concert at St. Agnese Agone church right in the Piazza, with dinner afterwards at a local trattoria behind the church. You can pre-book tickets on line through Classictic.com. We also had drinks on the rooftop terrace at the Hotel Raphael, which is off the Piazza, behind Tre Scalini and to the right. Magnificent views. For non hotel guests, you just have to show your passport to the concierge and they allow you upstairs.
The Nespresso machine in the apartment came in handy, especially after we found a Nespresso shop at the foot of the Spanish Steps and were able to buy some coffee pods.
All in all, a fantastic time. Thank you again Crown Orsetto for letting us share your lovely home!
We had a really nice stay, our bed was super comfortable, the room was really beautiful, and the apartment is perfectly located. Our hosts were friendly and really helpful! The area is perfect, very close to Piazza Navona, cute shops, cafes and some of the best food we've eaten this trip. I would definitely book again!
PIAZZA NAVONA is one of the grandest piazzas in Rome, a triumph of baroque art, where Bernini and Borromini challenged each other with their formidable masterpieces. The fountain of the four rivers by Bernini faces the great church of St. Agnes, by Borromini. Nearby, in Corso Rinascimento, Borromini built one of the finest examples of Baroque, the magnificent church of St. Yves, inside the National Archives Palace. Don't miss it!
Piazza Navona is busy all day, except in the early morning, its best time.
VIA DELL'ORSO is a characteristic street of old medieval Rome, prior to the baroque period. It is a limited traffic street, very quiet, and yet very close to most visiting sites.
