About this property

Well equipped and comfortable private home that sleeps 8 people very nicely. The great thing about this house is we can be at the beach in one minute. There is a nice barbecue grill out back for grilling the fish of the day. This house is very family oriented and makes for great memories. We are close to Saint Andrews State Park where you can rent a boat and go Shell Island. You can see dolphins along the way.

Frustrating

Check In was easy. Inside of house needs updated. On the first night, the home suddenly was swarming with mosquitoes. The owner of the house did not reply when I reached out. The next day I was able to get a hold of the local emergency contact. She was fantastic! We had to leave the house for three hours for pest control. The AC had to be turned off during that time. Then that evening, the mosquitoes were back. Again the owner would not reply to me. We looked for hotels with no vacancies. An hour from check out on day three, the owner called me offered to compensate one of the three nights. There is a strange problem and many tries to remedy the problem were made by me and the local contact. If there are no issues or problems, it would have been a good place to stay. The owner was not willing to work with me on reimbursement. Vrbo wasn’t much help either. They contacted owner twice also without any contact from the owner reaching me until checkout time.

Summer Family Vacation 2022

The property is very nice and clean. We felt safe at all times and had a very relaxing time. The house is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We would stay here again! The beach service is excellent! The chairs and umbrellas are very nice!

Cute, clean and perfectly located

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The walk to thewhite sandy beach was around 5 mins. Not a bad walk at all. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Property manager was very polite and called as soon as we arrive to make sure we were able to access the door. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Our first family vacation was a total success with this amazing house!

You couldn't ask for a better location! Beach access is such a short walk. Shorter then I expected! Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I could go on and on
