I or my spouse will see you twice at the apartment - at the day of arrival to greet you and explain everything, and during check-out at 10:15 a.m. to inspect the accommodation and to pick up the keys.

Great location, wonderful apartment

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights here for a mini holiday in Toronto. The apartment is exactly as described,well set up and very clean. We did not do any cooking as we enjoyed the many restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. Liz answered all our queries immediately. The apartment is in a great location-in close proximity to museums and shopping. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location and views

Our family of 4 liked everything about this vacation rental. 23 floors up by high speed elevators to pano views and privacy. 25 floors down to convenient underground parking. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood that isn't polished nor is it threatening to go out for a midnight meal (not too many restaurants open are open that late). There are many cafes, a few bakeries and restaurants and a great grocery store within a 5 minute walk.

The tram to get into the city center is 50 yards from the lobby. Do not bring a car into Toronto if you don't need to, traffic is bad.

The condo is modern and everything worked great. If you cook a lot you will notice that the kitchen could definitely use a few more quality pans - it had one small frying pan and one other pot.

We rented a car for one day from a Enterprise Rental location (10 - 15 minutes by walking) at 11:00am, drove to Niagara on the lake and then Niagara Falls and returned it the next day. It cost less, saved almost an hour each way and allowed us to see Niagara on the Lake - just don't try and go during normal commute hours. The parking garage made it super convenient as I would not have wanted to try and find parking at 11pm (or any hour if the day for that matter).

Liz and Art are great hosts too, easy to reach and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a well appointed condo that is near to many amenities. The view was spectacular. It was well maintained. The hosts were most attentive responding timely to any of my questions navigating the building and area. I am returning for another few weeks in the near future.

We will reschedule the check in if we can, or give you an address to pick up the keys.

In some cases (upon earlier request and at our discretion) you can park your car since 11.30 am, but the loft will be ready for you by 3 pm.

Sorry, we DON'T accommodate kids under 3 years old, but we can discuss this option with you and take into account your circumstances.

PLEASE PUT YOUR BAGS ON the BROWN or BLACK benches ONLY. PLEASE AVOID PUTTING YOUR BAGGAGE ON THE LEATHER WHITE FURNITURE (THE WHITE CHAIRS AND COUCH), OR ON THE BEDS.

Guests are required to send us a copy of valid photo ID at QueenLoft@gmail.com and provide photo identification upon check-in.

To give us a peace of mind,A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $ 450 cash is required upon arrival OR purchase of Property Damage Protection plan to cover a property damage and incidentalst. $ 450 deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. (Garage opener and fobs are rather expensive, please try not to misplace them.)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
