Located in the Truman Annex, one of Key West’s most prestigious and luxurious gated waterfront neighborhoods, the Foundry 7 provides a unique opportunity to enjoy a modern 3 story condominium surrounded by a large piece of American History. The Foundry was originally built in 1845 as an iron works for the Fort Zachary Military Base.
The interior of these condominiums are very reflective of the modern Spanish Colonial style, keeping clean lines and design intact. From the front, the private courtyard is landscaped beautifully, with a table, seating area and barbeque.
Upon entrance through double doors, tall vaulted ceilings show how space is maximized without forgoing luxury or style. The first floor is open concept and is comprised of the living, dining and kitchen area. The living space is equipped with a cable TV, DVD player and a CD player. The dining area has a table seating six right next to the long breakfast bar serving as a boundary from the full kitchen area.

The third floor is comprised of the second bedroom. It can be made up into two twin beds or one king bed; this too has its own ensuite bathroom.
The Foundry 7 property comes with one parking spot, is not pet friendly and is a non-smoking property.
