In the 20th century many residents of Key West began referring to themselves as “Conchs”, now this term generally applied to all residents of Key West. This vacation home is called Conch Cottage because it encompasses the heart of the Key West life style.

In the heart of Old Town with traditional architecture, this home serves as a perfect luxury and vacation. Proximity to all that the island has to offer, Conch Cottage is a one bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen and back deck. This rental is ideal for a couple or single guest.

This home is exactly what you would imagine! From the ginger bread features to the porch seating area and colorful paint, this is a perfect place to people watch and relax at any hour of the day.

Conch Cottage is fully furnished and features a completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living and dining areas are open concept. There is a flat screen, cable TV and couch. The open space allows full view of the French doors leading to your private rear deck.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a door to the private back deck. You can close the curtains for privacy or let the sunshine come through.

The rear deck has all the amenities you could need. The space has a lounging area, an outdoor seating area with an umbrella and a grill. This can serve as an outdoor dining area. The new spa is another way that this deck is the ultimate place to relax, entertain, grill and live like a local! Another bonus is the private, outdoor shower. You can slip away, allowing the tropical breeze in with no worries, there is complete privacy.

If you want to take a swim, Key West has a community center with a huge community swimming pool and a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a park next door to the pool, you may also want to take a bike ride in the Truman Annex, or ride to the tree-lined beaches of historic Ft. Zachary Taylor. Conch Cottage is a non-smoking home.

Quaint, clean, has everything you need!

We were delighted with the Conch Cottage! Great location, easy walk to everywhere we wanted to be on Key West. Management company was easy to work with and friendly. The back yard was a perfect relax space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The updates and décor were beautiful. We really enjoyed the back deck. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, close enough to Duval, but still quite at night.

Amazing stay in Key West!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer, homier or more local experience and stay in key west! This adorable cottage was in a great quiet neighborhood just seconds from both Duval and the beach. Can't say enough great things about this cottage and will definitely be back! Cheers from Colorado!

Great location, clean accommodations

The location is one block from Duvall Street which is perfect. Simonton Street is quite busy. We only stayed 4 nights so the space was adequate. We didn't cook anything so I can't supply information on kitchen supplies. Everything was neat and clean. The only two things that could improve is the lighting and air conditioning. The lighting was quite dim, for instance in the bathroom at the sink/mirror and in the kitchen. The air conditioning couldn't keep up. We had it on 69 degrees trying to get it cooler. I think the temperature stayed between 72-75 degrees. The second night we used the box fan along with the two ceiling fans which made it more comfortable.

Pretty Good House in South Florida

The living room size was pretty good. The TV had ample channels, which was pretty good. The outdoor hot tub and shower were both pretty good. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, which came in handy and was pretty good The master bedroom was a pretty good size and the mattress was also pretty good. The location was pretty good.
