1928 Mediterranean charmer located within 5 minutes of the Palm Beach, Clematis Street, City Place, Intracoastal waterway, shopping, antique row and dining. Home contains 2 spacious bedrooms, with king sized beds, original hardwood floors throughout and a freshly landscaped garden. Kitchen was just upgraded this year with designer cabinets, stainless appliances, chopping block counters and laundry. Rates and cancellation policy are non-negotiable.
Originally from Minnesota and Salzburg, Austria, we are a couple who loves travel, art, design (she's an interior decorator), cooking, the beach, fishing, tennis and golf. Our goal was to make a home that we'd like to visit, that has everything you need; fully appointed kitchen, wi-fi, cable, garden, outdoor dining/grilling, and owners who are rapidly responsive if needed, and invisible should you be familiar with all that West Palm Beach / South Florida have to offer.

This property is 7 blocks from the intracoastal waterway, 4 miles from the beach (Lake Worth & Palm Beach), 2 miles from West Palm Beach (City Place, Clematis Street, outlet shopping, fine dining), 2 miles from Lake Worth, 3 miles from Palm Beach Island, 6 blocks to great golfing/tennis/WPB Zoo, 5 miles to Rapids Water Park, with literally dozens and dozens of wonderful restaurants, and if you're feeling more adventurous and are into day trips, the Garden House is, 6 blocks to I95 for an easy commutes to Miami (80 miles) Fort Lauderdale/Hard Rock Casino (45 miles), Upper Keys (140 miles), Lake Okeechobee (35 miles) Florida Everglades (80 miles), 6 blocks to Southern Blvd and access to Florida's Turnpike (2.5 hours to Disney/Universal/MGM),
Our guest consistently compliment us on the location of the home in proximity to all that WPB has to offer, the extremely quiet, tree-lined street the house is situated on, with a beautiful back yard garden for dining/grilling, and the fact that my partner in this endeavor has been an interior designer/decorator in WPB for her entire professional career, which is reflected in everything from the amazing kitchen, the fresh flowers, relaxing palettes used in the house, the bedding, furniture and decor.
My husband and I traveled to West Palm Beach over Christmas to escape the cold Maine winter for a bit, and this house fit our needs perfectly. It's on a pretty quiet street with easy access to the highway (quick drive to many different beaches) and downtown WPB. Also, only a 5-minute drive from the airport. The house is exactly as pictured - we really liked the updated kitchen and were always able to find what we needed for cooking. Also appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and small cooler. The beds are really comfortable and the furnishings and decor are very upscale and pleasant. The owners live next door, and are very friendly and responsive to any questions. The holiday rate was a bit more than we typically pay for a rental, but it was definitely worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property!

This home was so good to us! We had such a nice time enjoying the sun, the sand, and the surf on Palm Beach and copious amounts of Mojitos on the back patio during our stay in West Palm Beach. The beds are luxuriously comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and a few items you didn't even know you needed (like a Nespresso maker!). There are plenty of blankets to cuddle up with and watch a little TV and relax at the end of the day. There is just the right amount of colorful pieces of artwork that nods to the relaxing South Florida lifestyle. The location is close to Cityplace, both Lake Worth Beach and Palm Beach and many delightful restaurants. Don't miss out on the Cafe' Cubano and Café con Leche' at Havana within walking distance! The owner Mark was only a text or phone call away offering assistance with whatever we may of needed. We made many wonderful memories in this home and hope to be back soon!
