Live like a local in our luxurious Georgian style townhouse overlooking Stanley Park in the heart of King West village.

Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and galleries on King West, Queen West, and the trendy Ossington Street strip. 15-20 minute walk or 10 minutes by streetcar to major tourist attractions; TIFF Bell Lightbox, Roy Thompson Hall, Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra theatres, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre (baseball), BMO soccer field, Liberty Village and the CNE grounds.

This 2200 sq. ft. (204.39 sq. m.) three story townhouse is beautifully appointed with nine foot ceilings and crown moulding throughout.

The first floor could be an apartment on it's own; a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower and tub and a den. Clothes washer and dryer are also on this level.

The second floor is the heart of the house and features an open concept living room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, cesarstone counters and comes fully equipped for the chef in the family. Off the living room is a deck with new Weber gas BBQ and patio furniture for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom on the third floor has a king bed and ensuite with shower and tub. There is also a den/TV room on this floor that converts into a third bedroom with it's own ensuite.

All bedrooms have ample closet space for clothes and all linens and towels are provided by the owner.

The house is protected with an alarm system and carbon monoxide smoke detectors, and comes with cable TV, WiFi, and A/C.

Perfect Location Downtown Toronto

This is a beautiful house downtown surrounded by coffee shops and bakeries including Nadege and Teroni's, ice cream shops on Queen and Ossington, multiple restaurants, breweries and parks. It was perfect.

Perfect Location for exploring Toronto

My family (2 adults, 4 children) have just returned from this beautiful townhouse on King Street West in Toronto.

We had a great time, with this property being absolutely perfect for us. You are on the popular King Street West meaning we had the Streetcar right on our doorstep to take us into town and back any time of the day. The beautiful Stanley Park right opposite was perfect for the kids to run off any energy they had left. The area was very clean and we did not encounter any problems during our 2 week stay.

Judith, the owner, was great to deal with, very easy communication beforehand and we were met at the House and given a guided tour with any questions answered, really put our minds at rest rather than spending the first few days working things out.

I would highly recommend this property if you were visiting Toronto, the location, the cleanliness of the house, pretty much everything was first class.

Just a shame to be home really.

Great property in a downtown location

Property provides great accommodation over 3 floors, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. House is very well equipped in all areas. The decking / patio is small but functional to allow a good BBQ.

Easy walking distance to Queen St West and King St for some great restaurants, or hop on the TTC to the harbour front or the the beaches.

The owner provided a good overview in person and a written guide to the property and local amenities and was happy to work with us on travel arrival and departure times.

Easy access to rental car location and quick access to the Expressway allowed us to explore further afield for a few days.

Very Satisfied

Our host Judith welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home She is extremely accommodating and gave some great suggestions. The house was well equipped, clean/ nicely furnished / Beds are very comfortable Location is amazing local Restaurant / Supermarket / coffee shops are just steps away. Safe and secure neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Toronto

Everything was perfect!

This was our first time in Toronto, and we love it! Sightseeing, weather, people... But most of all, Judith and her lovely home. Since the moment of our arrival, when she waited for us in that cozy and well located house, her patience in showing us everything, her nice tips about the city, until the moment that we left: everything was perfect! Family holiday

We had a great family holiday in Toronto staying in Judith's stunning townhouse. The house has ample room for six people, with bathrooms for each bedroom, is superbly equipped and beautifully decorated. It is also air conditioned which we used all the time as the weather was hitting 30"C when we were there in June. The balcony off the main living area was great for a BBQ and drinks!

Location was super too, right next to the park, where there is basketball, baseball , table tennis and plenty of grass . Great also for dog watching as there is a dog park nearby!

We walked everywhere, but there are streetcars and buses on the doorstep.
