The property itself sits in a gated complex with a choice of 2 large pools and a separate toddlers pool. It boasts a small patio area to the front perfect for alfresco dining although you could always use the 500 sq ft rooftop solarium.

Fully furnished, fully fitted kitchen, nice size family bathroom.

500 m from blue flag beaches of Vera. Many bars , restaurants and shops a short stroll away. Easy access by bus to other places of interest.

About James OReilly

I travel to Spain almost every year and have done for as long as I can remember it was always going to be when and NOT if I buy in Spain. My father is. Spanish and although I have lived all my life in England I have always had a very close affinity with Spain.

I have a sister in Valencia and extended family in Gibraltar and Seville. I am currently studying Spanish and look forward to practising with the friendly locals in this part of Spain.

Fell in love with this house as soon as we viewed it and the area is amazing.

Sited in a well cared for gated complex which boast 2 large communal swimming pools and a small toddlers pool. Close to the beach and with lots to do within walking distance and easy access to and from 4 nearby airports.

An absolute must when visiting this region of Spain

Is a visit to the beautiful and picturesque traditional whitewashed mountain village of Mojacar. Pueblo. The views are absolutely breathtaking and there are some excellent bars and restaurants where you can sample the best Andalucian cuisine Spain has to offer.

Notes:
Our house is easily accessible from 4 nearby airports and has a mainline bus route that stops in the road outside so although a car is not needed I would personally recommend one as there is plenty to explore up and down this amazing coastline not to mention inland. Murcia, Alicante and Granada airports run regular buses at 30 euros a ticket and Almeria at only 18 euros a ticket. However if there's a few of you the better value would be in hiring a car.
