Ww rent this house twice a year. Once in the winter and once in the summer. We love it here. Great location. Excellent value! Home is well kept, cozy, and always very clean. You can walk to the the slopes or take the free shuttle!

Good space and location but not sparkly

Good space and location but it could use a deep cleaning & better pillows. Starting out with some courtesy toilet paper seems like a minimum element, but that was a quick remedy. The ski passes are a huge benefit. We enjoyed the fireplace and saw a fox outside so that’s a bonus.

Good Location

The location of this property is awesome. It is about 10 minutes walking to downtown and to the slope. Inside is awesome for a larger group of people. They have a U shaped bench inside which is a great place to wind down a play some cards (Fits 8 comfortably). Also, with a wood burning fire place it just adds to the mountain feel.

Now for the cons. There was really only two things that bothered us as a group. One bad thing was the townhouse was not stocked very well. If the owner added some paper towels, tp, dishing soap, etc. it would go a long way. Hate to run out of that stuff when we first got there. The other con was that the pillows contained stains on them, from what.... not sure... don't really want to know. But if the owner upgraded some old pillows or even put pillow cases on to make it not look as trashy that would be great. Cleanliness could use an upgrade.

Amazing Christmas vacation in Breckenridge!

Our family of 7 loved our stay in your townhouse over the Christmas vacation. The location is perfect, walking distance to the lift and the downtown area. The 2 free lift passes included are a huge plus!

The house is spacious and very comfortable, we all loved the fireplace.

The property management company was great to work with, always very friendly, responding quickly to any requests or questions.

VERY OUTDATED AND THIN WALLS

The water faucets didn't work, the showers didn't work, walls were extremely thin and you can hear everything. No matches were left to start fireplace, plenty of wood but no matches. When we called the local contact she was less then helpful. Microwave handle was held together by black tape, the place is decent if it's two people staying there. It is extremely outdated and the pictures on the website make it look bigger then what it really is....I would reconsider and go elsewhere.
