This Penthouse condo is located mid island on S. Collier Blvd which parallels the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This small complex boosts easy direct access onto the beach immediately across the street by way of public access. The gracious size balcony is viewing to the west so a super view of the beach and gulf. Split floor plan, master w/ensuite bath and guest with adjacent bath. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and all the equipment to prepare meals in. Open living/dining area with full view to the west, one whole wall of glass. Queen bed in the master, two twins in the second, open up sofa in the living room. All linens provided and beach chairs. Enjoy on site heated pool, tennis and laundry facility on each floor. Elevator, assigned open air parking. Marriott Hotel is across the street to enjoy their newly renovated restaurant, spa, shops. A short drive to many restaurants on the island, movie theater, shopping, Publix and Winn Dixie, CVS and Walgreens, fast food as well. Come and enjoy the island and enjoy coming home to this comfortable and well appointed vacation home.
We have stayed at San Marco Residences #604 three times now. It is a perfect accommodation for our family of four. We absolutely love the condo and the location on Marco Island! The building is directly across from the public access point to the Gulf and the beautiful beach. The unit itself is very large and the view is fantastic from the balcony. I spent every night sitting out (far too late!) enjoying the peacefulness of the island only to get up with the sun to walk the beach or go for a bike ride. The condo is fully stocked with everything you may need (all kitchen needs, towels, sheets, hangers even 2 laundry baskets!). There's even a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The condo is nicely decorated as well and is very open and airy. There is a tennis court and a heated pool that we used everyday after our hours in the Gulf and at the beach. The island is perfect for renting bikes (a bike rack is provided). During our kayak trip around the Isles of Capri, we saw loads of dolphins and a couple of manatee. The booking process is also very easy and they have always answered our inquires in a timely manner. We love Marco Island and feel very fortunate to have found this condo. A week is never enough!
