Relaxing Comfortable Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment Both With En-Suite Bathrooms

Gorgeous 2 bed apartments located in the lovely parish of St Phillips and within 3 minutes drive from Grantley Adams international airport, which also benefits with a lovely large open plan kitchen dinner.

Dine and lounge overlooking a delightful veranda while relaxing, while taking in beautiful Barbados. We have several beaches within close proximity, where you can rent sun loungers, drink the finest Barbadian rums and dine on the finest Barbadian cuisine.

Honey Pot town house apartments are relaxing villas to die for. Designed and built in early 2008 they benefits from new fixtures and fittings which are of the highest quality, these apartments are true gems on the Island, offering everything needed for the perfect vacation in Barbados.

Master bedroom has en-suite bathrooms and consists of a large king size bed,and the second bedroom has two spacious single beds also with en-suite bathrooms and both are accompanied with spacious wardrobes, additional wardrobes space can be found within the hallways. Leading to the downstairs, an additional lavatory with a fully equipped laundry area is also present. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern day appliances and utensils which many visitors are accustomed too, so rest assured all your culinary skills can be enjoyed by friends and family while sipping the beverage of your choice, "I normally opt for rum while the wife enjoys a glass of wine".

The spacious open living area allows you to truly interact with family and friends while they lounge in the comfy seating area, complete with high speed Internet, TV, Telephone (free calls), and Hi Fi with surround sound, not forgetting the most important piece of technology throughout the apartment mosquito nets which are on every window throughout the apartments, so you really are not disturbed while relaxing.

From the lounge why not take that glass of wine onto the veranda, and enjoy the lovely sea breeze with shade, taking the outside in. The beautiful landscaped garden also attracts exotic birds all year round a true magical sight. A private drive offers secure parking, however we have always felt to really enjoy the island of Barbados we recommend jumping on the bus, and that's made even easier with a bus stop directly outside the apartments, and you'll be happy to no that the bus runs through all the major hotspots in Barbados, like Oystins,enjoy the catch of the day on a Friday evening, or why not stop off in St Lawrence gap listening to live music throughout the night, or why not take a stroll through Bridgetown for some gift shopping, not forgetting the numinous beaches which are passed on the way, real convenience on your door step.

Our family of five frequently have hired cars and alternatively jump on the bus when sightseeing on the island; we have found nothing really seems a great distance away in Barbados so how you choose to travel is simply a matter of preference.

Good for the price

Nice to have two en suite bedrooms. Bus stop in front of property! Not in a tourist area. Locals very nice. Recommend a car if you stay here.

Owner responded quickly when we asked for coffee pot. Thank you!

Needed cleaning and on a busy street.

We stayed in both of the houses because there was a problem with the toilet in the first house. Brian was very responsive, contacted us quickly the same day, and sent a plumber that day. Because the plumber could not make the repairs while we were there, he moved us to the other house as soon as it became available. It became evident that one house is the owner's unit while the other is not. The furniture in the first house was stained and uncomfortable, the bed in the master bedroom was hard, the walls upstairs were partially painted, the closet doors were dirty and needed painting, there was a loose floor tile, the master bathroom was dirty with a dirty shower curtain, and the floor mats in the bathrooms looked like they had seen better days. I believe that he is trying to save money, but it is just ridiculous and downright unwelcoming when several light fixtures only have one working bulb. Trying to see while in a dark kitchen at night with just one light bulb in a fixture which holds four bulbs was annoying. The houses were on a main street and, although the bus stop was right outside the house and made it very convenient to travel around the island without having to rent a car, the road noise was extremely loud and lasted all day and night. It goes to show that good pictures of the property can really fool you into thinking that the property is better than it is. I think that if Brian takes the time to freshen both houses they would be a good place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas--as long as you can deal with the road noise. Henry, the property manager, was great and very welcoming.

As mentioned, as soon as the leak was reported in the master bathroom, it was our priority to transfer you and your family to our other apartment. We can confirm both apartments are vacation let homes and rented all year round. Both apartments are also owned by myself and I often vacation with my family in both apartments depending on availability. As part of our quality assurance we upholster and repair any furniture or appliance frequently throughout the year. A comfortable nights sleep is one of the most important aspects of the service we provide and we try to cater to all preferences. The pictures featured on Home Away and other vacation websites are a true reflection and we have not enhanced or altered any photographs. We take your concerns seriously and have investigated the matters mentioned in your review. Our ethos is that Honey Pot Apartments are “a home away from home” and my staff and I go above and beyond to ensure the upkeep of the property is to the highest standard. We advice guests to report any issues within the first 24 hours to our property manager Henry, so he is able to resolve them immediately. The advantages of our great accessible location means easy access to the hotspots on the island for non-drivers, however we understand if you found it a little inconvenient. Based on your comments our cleaners have been given additional checklists to ensure our high standards continue to be second to none. Your comments have come as a surprise as you are our first unfavourable review. To date we have had over 20 positive reviews over several vacation platforms. By any means we do not take your review lightly, as we believe there is always room for improvement in any business. Should you chose to vacation in Barbados again at the Honey Pot Apartments, we are sure we will exceed your expectation on your return. Kind regards Brian

This property is beautiful, my family was so happy with my choice. Bright living space. Clean and tidy.

Bus stop are right outside the property, but you can walk to the next bus stop, as many small ZR will take you into oistins and bridge town.

Mr chase will get back to if you have any questions about the property. There is also Henry very helpful and friendly.

You will not be disappointed with this property.

The grounds are lovely with beautiful flowers and palm trees blowing. Very peaceful
