Your very own cozy, private home is the perfect spot for singles, couples & families looking for a comfortable stay in LA. Our master suite offers a California King size bed with a full bathroom including a standing shower, a tub and toilet. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa to comfortably sleep two and our second half bath has a toilet and washer and dryer.
This bright 1950's home is located on a gated property and behind the house my husband and I live in.
It is completely detached with your own secluded outdoor living space, and a shed storing two mountain bikes to get you all over NoHo!
It is fully equipped for a short or long term stay with a large kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer, master suite with a California king, pull out queen sofa bed, cable, Apple TV, wii, and high speed wifi. Air conditioning wall units and space heaters are located in the bedroom and dining room to cool or heat the entire house quickly and efficiently.
This home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close to tons of amazing restaurants, bars, dance studios, acting studios, boutique shopping, movie theaters & grocery stores.
NoHo Arts district is constantly evolving, popping up with trendy hot spots and offering lots of family friendly activities. It has become the epicenter for arts and entertainment in the valley!

Our experience at this home was nothing but perfect: from the convenient location right off the freeway with ease to go literally anywhere, great neighborhood, the home was impeccably clean and well stocked, beautifully decorated, just as pictured, with added personal touches like a welcome board with our family's name and a polaroid wall with previous guest pictures, just sweet and cozy. Hosts were gracious and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was so much better than a hotel. The owners made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I can highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a "home away from home" environment.
We are from Germany and can compare a holiday condo from Orlando and do that with this one in Los Angeles, the one in Orlando was great, new and inside a gated community with parking lot and perfect condition. This condo is an old wooden town house from the 30th but not directly on the street, the landowner George lives directly in front of the street, there is another wooden house. It is not possible to park your car on the property, so you have to search a parking lot on a street near by, if you come back at night, it can be very difficult to find one. On Tuesday and Wednesday you need to watch for cleaning vehicles, else you get a ticket, like us (over 70$, which you can pay online).
The condo itself is locked by a key-less entrance, which was not working from time to time, it means, the door was not closing shot all the time, you had to force the door to close right. The condo inside was very nice at the first view, but it come to its ages, that means, many old machines all around, air condition is super loud and needs maintenance (filter), old washing machine and dryer (who takes ages to finish drying), old oven who smells strong and is quiet insecure because its age, and sticky dirt all over the kitchen, so the cleaning fee has to be used much more better.
We had a gas problem, where it smells like gas strongly, we told George and he tried to fix it. The problem was the water heater (boiler) and a broken water pipe, where the water was extincting the gas flame. This was heavily insecure (I saw a lot of bad movies ^^) - but George hardly was taking care of it, that was fine.
Any ways, you see we have a standard issue here, I think George tries hard to make a nice home out of this condo in the future, he is young and an enthusiast, we like him very much. Any ways it was a nice stay! Much more better then in a hotel. We suggest George to use a better sleeping sofa then the current one, because with 4 people we do not suggest to stay in this condo because the sleeping situation. 2 or 3 people are good, without using the full build up sleeping sofa. The Wi-Fi was not always working stable, but was also much better then in some hotels.
Compare with the condo we loved in Orlando, the differences are huge, we suggest George to use the money he earns from the rental of this condo to put it into new stuff, to make a more and more better condo with higher standards. We know this will increase it to a much higher level. Thank you for having us.
