Gorgeous contemporary condo with open layout and high ceilings. Trails and restaurants within walking distance. 7-minute drive to downtown Boulder. Close to bus lines. Amenities include a 55-inch TV, luxurious down sofa, exercise/yoga space, deck w/grill, wireless sound system, and washer/dryer.

***More about the Space:***

The space includes a great room, master bedroom, and full bathroom on the main floor, and a second bed in the loft area upstairs with a half bath and ample space for exercise/yoga. The extra bed has sight isolation from the great room but little sound isolation. Each bedroom offers a closet and drawer or shelf space for guests.

There is a Sonos wireless music system with four distinct zones throughout the house that can be controlled with any smartphone, tablet or computer. Volume can be played at independent volumes in each zone. There is also a 55-inch TV with an excellent sound system. You’ll find simple instructions for all the AV equipment in the house and/or in the hospitality packet online.

Kids above 8 welcome; younger children considered upon request.

***The Neighborhood:***

This space is part of a fairly interactive HOA, which means that there may be people hanging out on the common lawn out near the front of the condo. The space itself is very private, however, and includes blinds that open from the top to allow light and views in but maintain line-of-sight privacy from neighbors and neighborhood common areas.

***Parking and Getting Around:***

There is ample street parking.

The condo is 7 minutes from downtown Boulder by car, and 5 minutes from Boulder's big-box retail district (29th St. Mall, Whole Foods, REI, cinema, etc).

The condo is very close to major bus lines. The 'SKIP' is about 5 blocks away and runs up and down Broadway (including to downtown) every 10 minutes during most hours. Another bus line (the 204) stops just 2 blocks away from the condo and runs downtown with slightly less frequency.

The condo is about 45 minutes from the airport by car. Public transport is also easy from the airport, by shuttle or by bus (AB-->SKIP or AB-->204).

Great Condo in Quiet Sweet Neighborhood

No issues, as advertised

Just had to remember how to parallel park and no Teflon pans if that is what your used to.

But otherwise very nice and no issues.

Nice Stay

We stayed in Josh' condo for two nights and everything was really nice. Josh was a great communicator and proactively reached out to make sure we had everything that we needed. The kitchen was stocked well and we were able to cook a meal there. The one thing to be aware of is this appears to be a primary residence and not a vacation home. There was a large amount of owner's personal items in the rooms, closets and cupboards, not a big issue but different than we have previously experienced

Fanatastic Hospitality and Excellent Accommodation

From our first contact with the owner Josh, I knew that we had made the right decision to select this condominium for our visit to Boulder. Josh was always extremely quick to reply to all of our questions - since we were coming from overseas - and made the entire process much less complicated than we had anticipated – this was our first time to use Home Away. The condo was even better than promised in the photos. It all seemed to be brand new – new carpets, extremely clean bathrooms, big and comfortable beds and all of the information and details that we needed left for us on the dining table with a great bottle of wine to enjoy during our first dinner. We had family nearby in Boulder with a house too small to entertain us therefore the big open kitchen and dining table was perfect for us to invite our family over for dinner. We could all also enjoy the great balcony with a view of the hills after dinner. As mentioned earlier Josh’s hospitality was super – he checked in with us more than once to be sure that all was going okay and assisted us with quick replies anytime we needed anything. My wife left behind her glasses and Josh sent them to us in Holland. All in all a great condo – location, comfort, size and hospitality – just what we needed. We highly recommend this rental.
