***More about the Space:***
The space includes a great room, master bedroom, and full bathroom on the main floor, and a second bed in the loft area upstairs with a half bath and ample space for exercise/yoga. The extra bed has sight isolation from the great room but little sound isolation. Each bedroom offers a closet and drawer or shelf space for guests.
There is a Sonos wireless music system with four distinct zones throughout the house that can be controlled with any smartphone, tablet or computer. Volume can be played at independent volumes in each zone. There is also a 55-inch TV with an excellent sound system. You’ll find simple instructions for all the AV equipment in the house and/or in the hospitality packet online.
Kids above 8 welcome; younger children considered upon request.
This space is part of a fairly interactive HOA, which means that there may be people hanging out on the common lawn out near the front of the condo. The space itself is very private, however, and includes blinds that open from the top to allow light and views in but maintain line-of-sight privacy from neighbors and neighborhood common areas.
***Parking and Getting Around:***
There is ample street parking.
The condo is 7 minutes from downtown Boulder by car, and 5 minutes from Boulder's big-box retail district (29th St. Mall, Whole Foods, REI, cinema, etc).
The condo is very close to major bus lines. The 'SKIP' is about 5 blocks away and runs up and down Broadway (including to downtown) every 10 minutes during most hours. Another bus line (the 204) stops just 2 blocks away from the condo and runs downtown with slightly less frequency.
The condo is about 45 minutes from the airport by car. Public transport is also easy from the airport, by shuttle or by bus (AB-->SKIP or AB-->204).
