Fantastic vacation due to Colonial Pines

  • 5 of 5

We had been looking for a get a way for some relaxing time. We could not believe our luck when we found Colonial Pines in Moultonboro, NH. The owners Cindy and Gary were the most gracious people. The place was so clean and well packed with all those little things one manages to forget. The weather could not have been better but if it had rained for the week we still would have enjoyed the area.

Places to eat were many and the food excellent. Especially "BOB's House" for Dinner and By The Bay in Center Harbor for breakfast or any time.

Hope to go back next summer.

The nostalgic feel and beauty of the property was beyond our expectations.

  • 5 of 5

We were delighted by Colonial Pines from the minute we saw the cluster of

charming white cabins set amid a stand of tall pines on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. The nostalgic feel and beauty of The Lodge was beyond our expectations. Our bedroom was very comfortable and charmingly decorated with a beautiful view of the lake and mountain from our front window.

Cindy and Gary could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and accommodating hosts. We look forward to a return visit.

A Gem in the heart of the Lake District

  • 5 of 5

The owners Cindy and Gary make you feel welcomed right away, The property is charming and well maintained with a beautiful place on the Lake. In addition, they have canoes, kayaks and a sailboat available to rent. Their beach is sandy and has a nice drop off. We stayed in the Lodge and the rooms were authentically decorated with all the modern amenities. The individual cottages they have to rent are truly special with people coming back year after year. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy authentic New Hampshire!

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting us know you enjoyed your stay in our lodge suite. We're glad you had the opportunity to get out on the lake in the canoe and the sailboat. You get a different perspective on things from the water. We're also glad you enjoyed our sandy swimming area with the gradual drop off. We enjoyed having you stay with us and we hope to see you again!
